We have been to this location a few times as my mother bought her car here, but my husband and I bought a vehicle over the weekend on Saturday and it truly was a Grade A experience. Ill begin to say that each time we've been here every single staff member in every single department has been so kind and so attentive making sure you're all good. This was our first time meeting Frankie and wow, what a primetime experience!! A true professional, it felt like we knew him for years. It was an honor to work with on this. His attention to detail, warm personality, and ability to really listen to what we were looking for exceeded expectations. He was honest, transparent, and we definitely will be looking for him every time we stop by!! It was a pleasure to have Caroline along for the ride on this, her energy really made us feel right at home and we felt so comfortable asking any/all questions. Finance + Insurance depts, thank you! You both were so informative and patient with us, we appreciate both your guidance on this. Overall, we are so glad we stopped by to check out their options, we love the vehicle, and will be looking forward to seeing the whole team again!

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service was great! Durrell was very kind and helpful, even with getting a shuttle for me and my baby to be able to wait at home while the service was being completed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10 out of 10 recommend. Will definitely be back!!!

My experience with Pedro at Greenacers Nissan was amazing from the time I sat down until the time I signed the papers. Serge was also very helpful and informative. Pedro made sure I left with everything I wanted he was very patient with me I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

One thing I loved about Greenacres Nissan was the hospitality. The patience to choosing which vehicle I wanted to purchase. Not one person I dealt with there gave me a bad feeling. Everything by my salesperson Chris Peña explained everything very detailed. Thank you Chris for helping pick the rite car. I will be coming soon to purchase another vehicle for my daughter. And will tell everyone I know about my experience at Greenacres Nissan.

This was the best dealership I’ve been to in a while. The manager Dane was AWESOME and my sales person Mo was GREAT!! All the staff were welcoming and joyful! It was a overall a great experience there. I’d DEFINITELY Recommend them to EVERYONE!! So please stop in and get you a new car.

I had a broken radio covered by a lifetime warranty. The service dept claimed they didn't work on radios and sent me to sales. Sales sent me to the finance manager, who was generally inappropriate and wanted me to explain to him why the service dept referred me to sales. He then conferred with the general manager about my service request. By this time, I was not confident in their ability to fix/replace my radio, so I left. At least the general manager wanted to know what the problem was, but after all the runaround, I told him our business relationship was over. This was my only experience with Greenacres Nissan and I am glad I didn't spend any money there.

Do NOT do business at Greenacres Nissan. The salesman Matt, sales manager Frank, and GM Dane are thieves. They broke contract and unbeknownst to me made $10,000 disappear without disclosure in contract or conversation. They are all refusing contact to discuss the issue and their unethical business. A current PBC consumer complaint is against them for their breach of contract. Again, STAY AWAY as they will take your money without your knowledge or disclosure.

Maintenance at dealerships is always expensive, with no exception here. Parts were the cheapest here if you own an Infiniti or a Nissan and plan on doing your own Maintenance or Service.

Do not go to the salesman Darren or If you have to finance with Tony make sure you arent getting screwed I agreed to 32 Flat and now they want to say i signed on warranties and extra bullshit that we never agreed upon. Never give them your business if they have a car you want look at another dealership I promise you you won't waste your time by going to another one and skipping over this dealer. WORST DEALERSHIP IN SOUTH FLORIDA........

This dealership lied about a car I purchased. I recently bought a used Prius from this dealership. When I arrived they tacked on $2,000 to the list price and told me it included all new tires, oil change, brake fluid change, new wipers, new engine filter, and cabin filter. I didn't like the $2,000 but figured I could swallow it considering all those things are new. I bought the car and had an inspection done. None of the above were done. The dealership lied to my face and charged me $2,000 for absolutely nothing.

Excellent customer service, sales person Angel was just as his name says, he was not pushy and understood exactly what i needed and helped me in obtaining the car i needed. Business manager Sergio was beyond awesome, he assisted with the financing aspect of the transaction. Everyone i interacted with was extremely professional and friendly, i recommend this branch at any time.

5 stars to the Greenacres Nissan Team! Pedro Garcia is an excellent Salesman. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure purchasing a new vehicle from him. He has made my family very happy. Also, management, Ray Hoke, Finance, Omar Nieves, front desk concierge made me feel welcome rather than overwhelmed. It was a seamless venture and I hope for you to join the Nissan wave too.

I brought my car in here for a oil change and a tire rotation, unfortunately the reason I’m giving a two star rating is because it took over two hours after my appointment time just to get the car in the shop, I waited over three hours to have the entire service performed and completed, this should not be acceptable for Just an oil change and Tire rotation.service staff was very friendly, but the wait time is just ridiculous, if you are short staffed, they shouldn’t make so many open appointment times available, this is the third time I’ve experienced a situation like this .What I was finished, they were telling me that I need a new cabin filter, and a new engine, air filter, that it’s in critical condition, however, I just put a brand new one in the day before I went in the shop, makes me wonder whether they’re actually checkingNote: the sales team at this Buisness is very good though because me and my wife purchased our cars here I would give that department 5 stars . But the service department is a different story.
