They are very friendly and my one-year-old baby has a lot of fun with his classmates. They notify me in real time of everything and it is perfect in every way. I pay $330 weekly because I still don't have government help. And registration is $115

My wife is a former employee of the Kindercare Learning Care system, and our daughter attended there as well. Over the course of half a year, my daughter has repeatedly come home with scrapes, bruises, scratches, amongst other injuries without proper care after injury, or a report on the app or upon pickup. Over half of the staff does not pay attention to the students, letting them climb on furniture, jumping off and injuring themselves, and sometimes other students. Behavioral issues go looked over by the director and assistant director. All in all, do not enroll your child into Kindercare.

in my almost 2 years of having my daughter in this daycare i have had nothing but issues in this daycare. From my child being bitten, hit, having knots on her head, daycare not following her dietary restrictions, to now her not being supervised while learning how to potty train. Her not being supervised caused her to end up in the hospital and somehow she had a foreign object (piece of a baby wipe container) inside of her private area. I am highly upset about this happening and advice you please do not send your child to this location. In addition, the teachers in this location either speak no english and don't understand you or they speak little english and don't know how to speak correctly and tell you certain things. Another issue is the attitude problem I encountered when starting my 7 month old in the baby room being yelled at that I needed to buy her the correct socks even though she had her correct baby socks on. My daughter is 2 and it has been escalated to dcf being involved with the daycare. Put it this way, the daycare self reported themselves because their teachers in the twos classroom reported they thought these 2 year olds were "self sufficient" and needed "privacy" while using the bathroom. Me as a new mother was highly upset im very frustrated this happened and find myself writing a review to alert other parents and hopefully spread awareness of looking into this center. I do appreciate the cooperation of MS stephanie however it saddens me I needed to even encounter this issue with a daycare I thought I could trust with my babies.

Hello to all the parents who think about putting their children in this daycare, they are not clear with the accounts, my son was there, on one occasion they told me to collect a payment that I had already made, and after it finished they sent me to collection saying that I owed them 475 dollars, which is a lie because I made all the payments, and everyone here knows that when you don't pay for a month, they take your child out of care. Gentlemen, be very careful with this type of Daycare. When you call to complain they tell you to talk to the corporation, and when you ask them for the number they tell you that they don't have it,

I must say that Miss Sonia, the Director and Miss Angie the assistant Director here at Kindercare Greenacres are far most the best directors. Besides the staff , are amazing as well. Everything down to the age group classes are well coordinated. I love the way how they interact with family and of course interact very well with the kids. This is definitely a nurturing , family oriented center to choose for your child . I’ve been to many daycare centers to see which one that had caught my attention for my child, yet this center was definitely the chosen one . From the time that I first walked into Kindercare greenacres, my son and I. I must say that I felt a sense of peace, nurturing, and they all were so welcoming in still are since day one in it’s been over two months that my son have been attending . I would not trade this daycare center for any other. They are very warming and welcoming to the families and I love it. I highly recommend Kindercare Greenacres.

Hello...I want to warn all the mothers that if they do not want their children to be mistreated and bitten by other children, do not leave them in this daycare, which for me is rubbish...my grandson Fabian, a 2-year-old child, has been for several months and they have bitten him badly for 6 occasions and the teachers and even the director who has never shown her face... they solve everything with a SORRY... but this is not going to stay like this...

I can’t say enough about the staff at Kindercare. I started my eldest at 9months and now is 3 and is thriving! He honestly looks forward to being at school. My 5-month-old started at 3 months… and while I was an absolute wreck leaving my baby.. his teachers have done nothing but love and care for my little man.

I am so thankful that I found this daycare center. Ms sonja and angi have been the most helpful with helping my son Transition to a new daycare. His teachers ms bethiel, Nora , and ysabel have become my sons favorite teachers in a matter of a month. They are so caring and have so much patience. My son has only been here for a month and already loves them all. I highly recommend this center to anyone.

I’m taking this as a sign for my son not to attend this school, and I’m going with my gut feeling. I spoke with the director, who let me know they had availability for a infant and that I should come in and do a tour. So I came by the next day, which she was not there, and the assistant director seemed to either have no idea or didn’t feel like dealing with me. She gave me all the information to go home and do, which I did. Only for me to be told after I already did everything that their was no space and that someone slipped in and came after me. Which once again the Director still signed off on my son certificate, so here I am looking for other schools not knowing that my son was accepted to start school. So I happen to call in let them know that his certificate was sign and no one even called me. The director was not there but the assistant once again assured me that in the beginning of our conversation there will be no room until mid January then at the end of the conversation she stated it won’t be until the end of February . For the last few weeks I have missed out hours from work because my son was not in school. And it is so stressful being told one thing and doing another. I tried to understand that there could’ve been some mix up in communication but I made sure the second time a crossed my t’s and dotted my I’s. Because I know people will rather point the finger at you instead of taking accountability. The first experience here was horrible and I believe that the gods did this for a reason. The staff don’t seem to nice to the kids.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANY PARENT LOOKING FOR A PLACE FOR THEIR CHILD/CHILDREN. I TRUSTED THIS DAYCARE TO CARE FOR MY CHILD. AND MY SON WAS PHYSICALLY AND VERBALLY ABUSED BY ONE OF THEIR STAFF MEMBERS. EVEN THOUGH THE STAFF MEMBER WAS LET GO. THEY STILL REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT. THERE IS SOMETHING FISHY GOING ON AT THAT FACILITY. NO CAMERAS, ALL THOSE CHILDREN ON THE PLAYGROUND AND ONLY ONE STAFF MEMBER PRESENT. TO MAKE MATTERS WORST, ONE OF THEIR CURRENT STAFF MEMBER IS TRYING TO PUT THE BLAME ON MY SON FOR BEING ATTACKED, A 4 YEAR OLD CHILD. CALLING INDIVIDUALS ON THE PHONE, AND FAILING TO REALIZE THE PERSON THEY ARE CALLING IS A FAMILY MEMBER OF MINE. MY CHILD HAS BEEN TRAMATIZED AND I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE EXTENT OF THE LAW. THIS DAYCARE WILL BE SHUT DOWN!!!!
