Above and beyond to help me with the purchase of a chainsaw. They even it tried it on before i left. Man i'm glad they did that because the first one did not come on at all and the second 1 came right on after a few pulls. They also gave me a quick run down of the saw.

This was only my second time in this store. I did not know where everything was located. I was greeted my a young man who assisted me in finding what I needed. Since time was short for me this assistance was perfectly timed. Thank you for your great customer service.

All visits to this excellent store are over the top fantastic! Jay in particular has been a superstar, helping us find any and everything with utmost professionalism. And he expressed compassion and understanding helping us just days after Mom passed away. All of my hardware store needs are found here and will continue to be such.
