This store has (hopefully had) a group of men who hang out on the furniture waiting for employees to bring out items. They then crowd around the cart to see what is there. If someone else wants to look they are hostile and give you dirty looks. Apparently they are looking for things to sell on eBay. One time I asked the manager about it and he was aware and approved of what was going on. Right after that my jacket, with my keys happened to disappear. I had been trying on jackets and draped mine over that rack. That incident cost me $1000 to get a locksmith to replace my front door lock and get a new key fob for my car. A jacket doesn’t just disappear. I went back for a week to see if it was found. The manager said a jacket wasn’t turned in. I believe they were sending me a message. I’ve never seen anything like this at a Goodwill store before. Needless to say I haven’t returned to what had once been a good store.

I have gone to the store for years and the employees have always been wonderful and the store nice and clean but the last 4 times I have been in there I have been assaulted by Vape in the air and it is one of the men who stands by the two big blue doors I have been informed that he is a reseller and he is there by those doors all the time he is continuously using Vape which is very bad for me for I suffer from COPD and it is not good for me to inhale anything never mind secondhand Vape I am sorry to be complaining I know it is not the employees doing this but if the management could please make it stop I did a little research and I have found out that the same laws apply as for cigarette use so please could somebody take care of this so I can come back shopping again thank you very much

It's a waste of time to go to this place! Clearly, the employees save things for their friends who they resell, the things in good condition and of value they keep for themselves, and the employees themselves tell them what they have and they even give it to them in their hands, the rest they fight over. among resellers! Only broken, old and dirty things are left at a high price, it is cheaper to buy at Walmart or any other store.

The entrepreneurs "resellers" hovering like fiends around the employees only door is not appealing at all. They wait at the door for the cart of new items to come out to scalp. It truly takes the fun out of the thrifting experience.

Very clean and orderly.Girl behind counter was approachable and charming.Didn't find what I was looking for; I'm a bigger size and a hard fit.Really loved the ambience in that Goodwill !!

this goodwill is nice the cashier is kind haydee the assistant manager help me shes was nice and professional. my visit to the goodwill was very satisfactory I was looking for a walker for the elderly and haydee the assistant manager helped me look for it always friendly and with a smile people like her make my heart happy
