I visited the CVS store located on the corner of Jog Rd and 10th Ave on the evening of May 14th to return a couple of things, the computer kept causing issues, but the attendant Sonia was very patient and kept on trying until she was successful. I was very impressed by her willingness to keep helping me. She had a very nice attitude and kept smiling all the time! This will be my CVS of choice from now on. :)

Bad experience once again, I called by phone for a medication that I need and now the system sends you a voice message, because I left the message with the information they asked for and they never called back, today I left my information again and they They called, when I explained to the person who called me that I had called on another occasion and they did not return my call, he rudely told me that they did call me, uncertain, I checked my incoming calls and I don't have anything from that pharmacy, I She meant liar, the staff at that pharmacy are generally rude and hardly even look at you, not at all pleasant, there is one called Mary who doesn't make an effort to understand the customer, I'm seriously thinking of going to another pharmacy because the truth is that one doesn't He is willing to be treated badly.
Suggestion,… choose the staff who will work with the public and especially those in the pharmacy please… if they have character problems, let them do something else, but do not mistreat customers….

I was at the store to return a wrong order I received yesterday, and the manager (an old lady wearing a mask) was extremely rude, I've never been treated it that way if she isn't happy on her job she shouldn't be working there. It's not my fault she is a very unhappy person.

The pharmacy is extremely slow every single time I go there. today, after waiting 5 minutes in the drive through line (no one was ahead of me- I was just waiting at an empty window), and then finally getting my prescription, a delivery truck was parked blocking the exit of the drive through line. when I told the pharmacist, she told me "they're almost done" and I would have to wait for them to finish the delivery. I told her I had to go to work, and I needed her to ask them to park anywhere in the parking lot to finish the delivery. she just shut the window and walked away, so I waited another 5 minutes and then had to back out of the one way line to get out of the lot. as usual, they did the LEAST to satisfy a customer today.

So I have never had this issue before in my life but be careful using the pharmacy here. They will short your medication. Never will I use this cvs again. They are highly unprofessional! Also another time they forgot to charge my debit card for a purchase through the pharmacy drive through. Called me as I was pulling into my driveway, and had to run back to pay. You want problems? Than use this store!

Extremely rude pharmacy tech named Mary who purposely told me to pick up my prescription at a time where SHE KNEW the pharmacy would be closed for lunch. Absolutely no customer service AT ALL. She expects you to scream out your personal info and get mad when you try to be discreet. I was at the pharmacy window by 9:15am, and they open at 9, there is NO WAY someone should be treating others in such way, totally tried to project her nasty mood/bad day towards me. Thankful I was smart enough to know not to come at the time Mary said my medicine would be ready. I would have been waiting another 45 minutes SHM ridiculous.

The pharmacy was too busy to fill my script because they open at 9:00 even though I went to the doctor at 7:30 and was waiting to get my meds so I could get through the day at work. I asked them to please fill my script and I would wait for it but they told me that they were too busy and it would take an hour even though I was visibly in pain. I told them that I would have to go to work and suffer the rest of the day until I could come back in the evening to get my prescription. Just horrible to not be able to prioritize the person that is actually there in front of you waiting and pain for one bottle of antibiotics
