I had 8:00am appointment on Saturday , when I arrived at Braman Honda, an advisor came and confirmed my appointment. He then asked what kind service I need, but it was listed when I made appointment. He told me my service will not be done today and told me it will be finish next day. He didn't asked if I need any transportation or if I need use waiting area. He just told me leave key in ignition and left. I then went home and went to work because I didn't need to wait. While I was at work couple hours later service advisor called and said my car was ready and I told him I will be picking up on Monday because I don't have ride. He then called at 3:30pm asked me again my car was ready but I told him I will pick up my car on Monday.

Great customer service. Appointments are respected and punctual, but not always necessary if it's a small issue that can reasonably handled immediately. They appreciate the need for SAFETY above all. Also, the customer's time is valuable.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent place to service my CR-V, easy to schedule an appointment.Provided a video of the car inspection pinpointing the state of the parts, either: good, needs attention or repair. With the option to accept or decline repair, prices are very reasonable.I highly recommend this shop to service or repair your car. The workers and staff are kind and efficient in how they handled fixing my car. The mechanic sent over a video detailing what’s good and what needs recommend for fixing in a clear and detailed manner. The service here is stellar and much quicker that I thought! I was fortunate to work with Jasmine when I arrived for service, she was great to work with, informative, and very efficient. I didn’t have issues with the service center through the entire process. Getting picked up by Enterprise for a rental took longer than expected, but that isn’t Braman Honda’s fault and luckily Jasmine helped remedy Enterprise’s error. My car was washed before I picked it up and looked better than when I brought it in.Service: Electrical repair

This salesmen aren't even trying to hide the fact that they're only looking to gouge more money. Test drove car around the lot, it was fine. My daughter showed excitement for the used 2019 civic and that's what they tried to exploit on.

After picking up my car from service, I found my dash cam disconnected. It must have happened because:a) The boss said don't do stupid things when driving a customer's carb) The boss said don't get caught doing stupid things in a customer's carDisconnecting a dash cam can can only mean b is the right answer, and they must be doing stupid things when they are driving your car.

I took my car for an oil change and service 2020 Accord. It was a smooth transition all around. Well manner individuals and excellent communication throughout. I recommend this dealer for any service needs. Especially nice touch with video record of my vehicle on a lift, explaining the condition of the vehicle. Excellent Service!Service: Oil change

Took my car in for It's first free oil change. Easy process. Made appt online. When you get there it is very organized. While waiting they text you updates. Clean waiting area. They even send you a video of their inspection of the car with suggestions of what might need to be done in the future and prices, but did not pressure me. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service for my Honda Pilot. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed. Jasmine is exceptional. She always takes care of me very quickly. She even arranged for me to get a Lyft to get to work so that I didn’t have to call for a ride. I have been going to her for YEARS now and she always attends to me immediately, cleans my car every time it's there! She never tries to sell me anything, but she does go over all the items the vehicle needs in a knowledgeable way. The quick turnaround time is always a bonus! They always get my car done very quickly. If you want to wait for your car, the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Braman exceeds my expectations with their exceptional staff, efficiency, and attention to detail. My Honda Pilot is in excellent hands, and I'll gladly return for future service needs. I really wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else! Thank you Jasmine!!!!

This is one of the only negative reviews that I have ever written on a business. It is my opinion that the Service Department at this location is epitome of the stigma associated with "car dealers" and, unfortunately, they have earned it.I dropped off my 2016 Honda Pilot Monday evening for a leak around the oil filter housing and also to investigate a suspension noise coming from the front passenger side. (I would have replaced the Oil Filter Housing gasket myself, however, on this model you have to remove the Crankshaft Pulley to get to the 3rd bolt, and I could not get the CP Bolt out to remove the pulley.)I received a call the Tuesday morning stating that they I needed to have a diagnostic done for both the gasket issue ($149.99) and the suspension issue ($149.99). They said that part of that diagnostic, they would do a die test to determine the source of the leak.Around 12:45 I received a text with a link to their "inspection video" and an estimate. The recommendation was to replace, essentially the whole suspension system, along with a new oil pump, and timing belt change. (I do not believe the entire suspension needs replacement, however, that is not my frustration.) I called the service advisor and asked how they determined that the issue was the oil pump. He told me that his "Certified Technician" made the determination. I asked if he removed the timing chain cover and was told he did not. I then asked if he did the oil dye test, and again I was told he did not. I asked that he only do the oil housing gasket, which is originally what I asked them to do, at which point he advised that I will still have to pay the diagnostic since I am not making their recommended repair. After much heated discussion and his "not having a manager available to speak with me" he conceded to waive the diagnostic fee on the oil leak. The total estimated cost on the oil pump and timing belt was $2998.20 vs the oil filter housing gasket at $273.27. They also recommended replacing the valve cover gaskets for $1,201.89, because there was a single drop of old oil on the back side of the engine. What they did not know was that I had just replaced the gaskets the day before.I paid the bill $548.62 bill last night and picked up the car. This morning there is not a drop of oil under the car nor around the oil filter housing.The other piece that I did not mention is that he insisted he would not waive the diagnostic fee for the suspension because of the time spent by the technician making the diagnosis, which I could understand if he actually did something more that a visual inspection that is usually "complimentary" as part of the normal service. He insisted that the technician spent more time than was shown in the inspection video and spent time driving the vehicle to make the diagnosis. However, the mileage was the same when I picked it up as when I dropped it off, so this was obviously not true.They may have got me for a bogus fee of $149.99 this time but it will be the last dollar that they ever get from me and I will be sure that all of my friends know to steer clear as well. I have driven Honda's since 1991 and this is the first Honda dealer I have ever found to not be reputable. I am glad that I can do most of my own service but I feel sorry for everyone that has to rely on the dealer to be honest with them. Braman Honda of Palm Beach is an embarrassment to car dealers, in my opinion.

My trusted advisor Jasmine was unavailable, and I was assigned to Will, who seemed nice. Fortunately, a misunderstanding was resolved by a supervisor named Idiovy. Loyalty and meticulousness are important qualities when working with service personnel to prevent mishaps. I had a great experience with Juan the shuttle driver! Overall, I had a great experience. Everything went smooth. I didn’t actually have to wait for that long. It was probably like a 30 minutes but Lesly was so generous, he kept giving me an update, and I also like the video that they sent you while waiting. While they were servicing my car they sent me this video of everything that they’re doing to my Car, they were saying that this was good. The tire was but it was a great experience.

Big shoutout to Victor R. , I have a Honda Civic 2020 and Victor took great care of me. He's the type you know you can trust him. He is so sweet and great communication! You don't have to sit around all day waiting for answers like most places. He is very honest and tells you straight so I appreciated that.
