I wanted to get information on products and services. A woman working there with Pakistani accent was not helpful at all. Any questions I had she would reply with basic information it seems she did not want to be working at her position and was very unprofessional. She would be better off staying home and not to waste anyone's time. I'm happy I had this experience and went to AT&T. and got a better deal and experience. I don't recommend anyone dealing with her or Boost Mobile .

Not very helpful. Seemed irritated with helping me. One young lady was communicating with me in English then in Spanish to the other young lady just for the other young lady to translate to me in English (didn’t understand that). Haven’t even become a customer yet. I’ll definitely be visiting a DIFFERENT location though.
