Amazing Service – Shoutout to Aris!
Aris at O’Reilly Auto Parts was incredibly helpful when my car battery died. He went out of his way to assist me and my boyfriend with replacing it — even in the heat! Aris had a great attitude the whole time, super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.
He made sure everything was done safely and correctly, and he explained what we needed step by step. You could tell he genuinely cared and wasn’t just rushing us through.
It’s rare to get service like that these days. Big thank you to Aris — you made a stressful situation so much easier!”

“I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with John, the Assistant Manager at O'Reilly on North Military. I visited the store after encountering issues with my car battery. When I asked John for assistance, he promptly came out to assess the situation and informed me that my terminals needed to be changed. Although he couldn't replace them due to liability reasons, he went above and beyond by guiding me and my 15-year-old son on how to make the repair. John provided the necessary tools and parts, showcasing his extensive knowledge and educating us on the do's and don'ts, all while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and humorous. Despite it being the end of his long shift, he demonstrated exceptional customer service, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate his assistance. It's evident why he's the manager of this location. Kudos for having employees like John who genuinely want to help customers in their time of need.”

“Dealt with Max the assistant manager. Top end, customer service with support on a battery that he verified with a supplement company was not good. Direct contact stating he would go to my my vehicles battery. It confirmed the battery was finished. What I found was surprising, Max stated to me that he would take the battery out. When I was at O'Reilly's before this off of Dixie. They did not want anything to do with pulling a battery and that I had to pull it out. I'd would have. I think on a business measure on customer service Max delivered 110% of effort on this!
As a corporate identity it's ironic, that the same customer service is not withheld!
I recommend to visit store 3481 South Congress.
Complete extension of customer service, that a brand O'Reilly's should obtain. Without Max's attention with customer service this review would be be negative as my experience with O'Reilly's on Dixie HWY.
