“My wife’s car needed brakes on all four wheels. I usually go to Advance Auto parts. The service there was horrible and I had to walk out. Pep Boys only does tires now so I went to OReillys and the service was awesome. Alex helped me and I walked out with everything I needed. Didn’t try to up sale or anything just good trustworthy service. Prices are very good and store is spotless. My new auto parts store”

“I unfortunately had to come here a number of times due to a phone that had one problem after another pop up once the other was fixed, but I really appreciated Brian's professionalism and persistence in trying to fix my issues. Although they weren't finally able to solve all my problems, they proactively offered me a refund on the original repair they performed without me having to ask. Great store and great staff.”

“I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with John, the Assistant Manager at O'Reilly on North Military. I visited the store after encountering issues with my car battery. When I asked John for assistance, he promptly came out to assess the situation and informed me that my terminals needed to be changed. Although he couldn't replace them due to liability reasons, he went above and beyond by guiding me and my 15-year-old son on how to make the repair. John provided the necessary tools and parts, showcasing his extensive knowledge and educating us on the do's and don'ts, all while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and humorous. Despite it being the end of his long shift, he demonstrated exceptional customer service, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate his assistance. It's evident why he's the manager of this location. Kudos for having employees like John who genuinely want to help customers in their time of need.”
