The young man with dark shaggy hair that works the register is rude. He does not greet any customers. This evening he didn’t say a single word to me except if I wanted to donate. No “hi how are you” no “have a good night.” Nothing.
He should not be working the register. He has no customer service skills. This is the second interaction I’ve had with him and he was rude both times.
The first time I’m also including whatever manager was on duty as she told him that someone was trying use fake money at a different store; I don’t think that’s appropriate to say in front of a customer. Will not be going back. There’s better options.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Ashley Carter, the Store Manager at my local Walgreens, and I must say that her performance exceeded my expectations in every way. Ashley's outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service acumen truly set her apart in the retail industry.One of Ashley's standout qualities is her excellent interpersonal skills. She not only engages with customers on a personal level but also demonstrates a keen understanding of their needs. Her ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers is truly commendable.Moreover, Ashley's dedication to customer service is evident in her proactive approach to problem-solving. It's clear that she takes pride in maintaining a high standard of service and goes the extra mile to uphold the reputation of the Walgreens brand.In conclusion, my experience with Ashley Carter as the Walgreens Store Manager was exceptional. Her exemplary interpersonal skills, dedication to customer service, and effective leadership make her an invaluable asset to the Walgreens team. I would like to express my gratitude for her outstanding service and commend her for creating a welcoming and customer-centric environment at my local Walgreens store.

Called x3 when I get a phone technician not in my store they are the best ,refusing to ..connect my to my pharmacy just because I want to speak to my pharmacy yhey got mad n put my call angry with me n didn't connect me 5 calls later I googled it n did my self angry

Julian in the pharmacy was a life saver! Called 15 minutes before closing and he was still able to get my prescription after another Walgreens told me it would be ready and then didn't even have it in stock

The staff is friendly and always helpful. Pharmacy is usually really quick and friendly and always answers my questions. 10 out of 10 for the whole store. I live in Saint Johns and still go to green cove store ! Kerry Ledford
