We literally tried everything...Fast forward, Dr. Maillet performed a comprehensive examination on Arlo and suggested he get some dental work done due to mild gingivitis. I tell you; my baby Arlo has been eating, running around, and you can see a major change in his behavior. What's so unbelievable is that he hasn't thrown up any of his food after eating. I'm thinking maybe he had some sort of bacteria in his mouth from the gingivitis. I don't know, but I feel I have a new cat. . I thank the entire staff at VCA for taking care of my baby.”

“Shout out to ALL the staff at Black Creek! We have tried other vets, but they have all failed in comparison to the outstanding service and caring we've received from Black Creek Veterinary Hospital! They have always been there for us and our pets when we've needed emergency services, when all others vets in the area have blown us off. They listen to your concerns and are never pushy, and that's important to us. And make no mistake, they aren't out to empty your pocket book! We've been charged much more for fewer services by vets whose offices aren't friendly to the owners, are not nearly as clean as Black Creek's, and the doctors have superiority complexes. You will NEVER have this experience with the wonderful doctors and staff at Black Creek! Their doctors are extremely caring, their clinics are clean, well maintained, and they smell good! As I've said, we've tried other vets closer to our home, but we always end up taking our pets back to Black Creek! At least we know there, we are getting top-notch service and our animals are well cared for!”

“The kindest and most compassionate services you're going to find. This place is located in Middleburg, very convenient if you live in Middleburg. Not as convenient if you live in Jacksonville but it's probably worth the drive. You can take the new highway 23 straight down from I 10 and be there in 20 minutes. These folks have been in business for a very long time and they know their stuff. Their staff are well trained and everybody in the office is kind and compassionate. They go over and above to make sure that your animals are treated like family.”
