Had my '22 F350 serviced here and after driving off, ac was not working. Truck sat at dealer for several days before being "fixed" and I was able to pick it up. As I drive off, I notice dust all over the dash. I keep truck clean since it cost me an arm and a leg. Windshield tint completely trashed and scratched due to the "removal" of due date sticker. By removal, I mean, I don't even know what you would call it... grease smudges all around the area. I predict a $500 bill to have removed and new tint put on. I am far from pleased with my service.

I've called 3 times this morning, while at work, an waited 7 mins first time around (before a customer walked in) , then called again, waited over 20 mins, and now currently on the phone waiting 10 mins again:) i just wanted to make an appointment to fix my breaks.pls answer the phone, the waiting music is going to be stuck in my head

They did not fix all items as listed when I made the appointment.
Mainly the issue I'm having with the horn on my truck. They really didn't seem very concerned that although the horn worked it clearly wasn't working properly. Not very happy with that situation.
