I inquired about a GMC through Garber's website. Much to my surprise, I did not get a bunch of auto generated email responses. Eric (salesperson) responded quickly and was efficient. After a few email exchanges, I was convinced that I wanted to purchase from Garber. I had a great car buying experience. Highly recommend giving Garber a chance to earn your business. Also, highly recommend Eric as a solid salesperson that has knowledge of the vehicles and all the processes.

I knew better, but they had a truck that checked off most boxes of what I was looking for. When I immediately had issues with the vehicle I was ghosted. My salesman, who called several times to "check up", disappeared after I told him I had issues. I was a little upset I had a check engine light before the first payment was due. I haven't heard back since. I called to schedule service but the advisor told me he wasn't sure when he could get it in. I've been assured I would get a call back from the salesman, the service advisor, and the service manager but have not heard back from anyone. The truck was purchased 3 months ago. This dealership is a joke, service after the sale is non-existent. I've purchased several vehicles from Bozard and will sure my next purchase is from them as well. Lesson learned.
