I am very upset I stop at the Circle K on 209 and 220 in Middleburg FL it is just about every day the rewards card does not work is there anything that you can do to fix this is !! Its ridiculous I did not get my discount on my gas my cigarettes my soda nor my chips!!

My only problem is with upper management trying to replace human workers with computer machines that are constantly wrong on pricing and items like getting an ID check on two fifteen packs of Pepsi because it thinks it's Busch Beer and trying to say that if workers check us out they will be fired for doing THEIR JOB, DO BETTER AT HIRING PEOPLE AND YOU WONT HAVE TO LOSE MONEY PAY BETTER THEN YOU WONT LOSE MONEY.

Normally one just faces the inconvience of returning to the store when they receive the wrong items; however, my vehicle broke down on the way to the store resulting in me being distracted therefore not checking and leaving me stuck with what I got. I'd like the girl working tonight to know that I'm very sorry she had to work Christmas Eve, but I Thank her anyway for her flat wishes of "Merry Christmas" at the door, the dirty look at my reply, and the wrong cigarettes. Additionally best wishes for her evening & holiday to gain a brightness akin to my day
