I drove over 35 minutes to visit the only remaining Royals location after the one near my house closed, only to be met with a disappointing experience. The gentleman who greeted me had an attitude, making me uncomfortable from the start. He mentioned being overwhelmed and behind by almost 2 hours. When I requested additional services and organic products, he sighed, rolled his eyes, and said it was tedious at that moment.Nearly 2 hours later, I received a call saying my dog was too shy for the clippers, something other technicians never mentioned. He suggested it might be because he was a man. WHATTTT? He’s hair and cut ended up being extremely uneven and he was extremely scared.This visit was a waste of time and gas. I will not be returning to this location or any other. Poor customer service and a terrible business experience. I wish I would have read their other reviews here on Google. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY if you love your furry one at all. ??

they’ll lie to you to get what they want, they’ll lie to you about how your dog is treated behind closed doors, they make everything look glorious until you work for a company such as this one. they’re terrible people, laid off people on spot without warning causing people to get evicted and unable to pay bills. this company is genuinely ran by terrible people, they’re abunch of snakes. especially the CEO of the company, hope they do inspections because this place isn’t only unsafe to work in but the roof is bound to come crashing down on you at any second, (this is where you’re leaving your dogs to STAY in) you’re spending/supporting your hard earned money on abunch of frauds, & overpriced products that you can get elsewhere for less. stop supporting this business or you’re also the problem. Look into this shady company and the various lawsuits that were made against them. Do your research and don’t support this company.

Not much to say, Denise wolen is a self sentered evil woman. Not only ran her company into the ground but took all these innocent employees with her. People who loved and cared for these animals and in return didn’t get their paycheck. Do you have any idea what it’s like to live paycheck to paycheck and be told your not getting your money and you have to wait another 3-4 days, my electric bill is due, etc etc. don’t wanna ramble but what an embarrassment

This place has way too many hidden fees for boarding expenses. I would make sure to get a written estimate and confirm with them the costs. It is ridiculous the extra costs they are tacking on in addition to boarding rate.

DO NOT do business with this company!! We are still waiting to be paid from Royal Pets. They bounced checks with us multiple times, and then made false promises that they were going to pay us. I have never been treated this way, and hoping this review will prevent this from happening to others.I don't even want to give them 1 star, they don't know how to treat people. I have never met a more UNPROFESSIONAL AND DECEITFUL COMPANY!! STAY AWAY, AND DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. I was hoping they would make this right, and we give them plenty of time, but all we get are lies and false promises that the money is going to be paid. We are owed over $3000 for business we did in December. If you make this right and pay us, then I will take this bad review down. I gave you plenty of time but you just ignored me and so I had no choice but to write this. I can't even sleep at night thinking how you must be treating your other employees and vendors that work with you. Do you treat others this way?

Worst place ever to bring your dogs. They treat their employees like trash and the dogs get no daycare time although your paying for it. Your dog might get to go play for a whole hour, even if your dog is left there all day for daycare.

This location should just close down. Have had bad experiences with their grooming and them taking too long like 5 hours is absolutely ridiculous. Not a good environment for Dogs at all. Highly don’t recommend Royal Pets stay away.

Stop shopping at a company that literally is against labor welfare. They don't pay their employees, and they lie to- not only us but to customers about their services. You're paying upon THOUSANDS of dollars for a service you can get for HALF at another company. Please, do your research before coming in and boarding. Along with Vet services, they charge over $2,000 for heartworm REMOVAL. Simply stop shopping here and supporting their business that they can't keep up with. It's terrible for the ones that stay, and continue to defend/shop at a company that treats their employees absolutely horrendous.

The people are very friendly and we love Dr. Kabuki he has treated our pets since they were puppies always very thorough with there exams.
