I’ve had my knife for 6 months now and no issues. Knife if VERY well made and operates super smooth. Absolutely would have no problems but another!! Thanks Sanity steel, very nice lroduct!

I own 4 Damascus straight blades, 2 folding lock blade Damascus, 1 D2 straight blade and 1 of the New OTF knifes. Once or twice I have had a problem, all I needed to do is contact them and they bent over backwards to make me happy with their products.I would recommend this company to anyone who appreciates quality knifes.H.Sonny Crandall

Mark, the owner reached out to me after a shipping issue on an order placed a few months ago that has been undelivered. He did this while he was away on a trip. He offered to ship my order again and only requested that I return the original order should it ever arrive to my address. I've since deleted the 1-star review, I'd given them previously because THIS is how to run a successful business. I do not have the product yet but I am confident that I will. I'd give Mark 10 stars if I could. Thanks Mark. Sanity Jewelry is awesome! Chops went above and beyond in customer service making our shopping experience enjoyable. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient and personable. I am not used to a company that stands by their product so much. In this day and age, many companies do not care about their customers, but Sanity does. I had an issue with a knife purchase, and they went over and above the call of duty.They took a negative situation and turned it positive. I am very impressed and appreciate the commitment to We The People! I am also impressed with the Damascus Jesse James and AL Capone knife and shealth. They are both very very sharp, well made and have a great weight to them. I am excited to carry them and learned something new about not storing them in the sheath long term due to the care instructions sent with my order.
