My friend bought a nice opal ring and when she was back home the stone ended up falling out:( Buuutt i called and the lady remembered us and said to send it back to replace the stone! Laurel went above and beyond to help me on the phone, then in person, as she was able to figure out what was going on and fix it. This store and the group of ladies have been my "go to" for all my questions. They really are a great group and I can't say enough nice things about them.
