The store tries hard to support local growers and keep prices down. However, it is considered pricey for a Piggly Wiggly, with some items like groceries and food having high costs. It unexpectedly asks for a membership card, which some find unusual. While the store is clean and the staff is often friendly, there have been complaints about management. One incident involved a manager allegedly exploiting an elderly, hard-of-hearing gentleman over coin payment, which was called shameful. At times, cashiers have been noted talking about personal drama instead of paying attention to customers. Overall, it remains a great place for many, described as a little slice of heaven, but customers advise being aware.

Great customer service at the deli from all the lady’s and so helpful ordering the bbq and helping decide the quantity I needed smoked for our event! I love shopping here also lots to choose from!
