They have always done good work on my vehicles. There may be some wait time because they do stay busy, but they get the work done. My family has done business with them as well. They're good people.

The meanest company I have ever talked to. My whole family has had bad experiences with them. With changing tires, talking on the phone, asking if they tow vehicles, being put on a 2 week wait-list, them being rude, rude, rude over and over again. They even hung up on my 20 year old daughter for asking a question. And our friend had their car sitting at their shop for six months before they fixed it. We liked their prices and that they were local, and a Mom and pop business. But never again. They can't treat people like that. And we are paying customers! And we never do or say anything in a negative way to warrant any of their meanness.

Mr. Phil and his entire staff were knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and caring. They did not perform the requested alignment as I needed new tires first, which they do not sell, so no sales gimmic involved and told me once the new tires were on to bring it back for the alignment. They have definitely earned my repeat business.
