Coming here is a dream with Edmund, always the best attitude and kind to everyone. Lady on Saturday @ 1 pm shift on Saturday 16, worst customer service ever. No line and didn’t want to scan my packages. It’s like she is doing customers a favor by being there and not there to do her job.

I am very disappointed with this location .I came on two different occasions to drop a package and they take a 2 hour lunch. From 1 to 3pm and they close at 4pm. Very inconvenient for the customer.

Its crazy how bad our post office service is. I cant understand why someone allows them to be this way. Always something with these workers its like they hate working and we are a burden!

Just tried to mail a letter and check my PO box at 9:30 this morning on my way to work and it is closed. This has happened several times before when they are supposed to be open. Today us March 8, 2025. I wish I could post a picture because I sure did take one

Another day with a 3 hour lunch! It's incredible that this post office is only open lile 3 times a week because no one is ever sitting there at all times. Who can we call to report this? I went in at 12 and it had a sign to lunch coming back at 3PM lol

On 9/3/24 they took a 2 hour lunch. Very unprofessional. I drove 15 minutes to get here and no one was as at desk. These people are as lazy as it gets

It’s 11 o’clock in the afternoon and this post office is not open every time I’ll come here to check. My pobox is never open. OMG this is so inconvenient. Some of my letters and notices be so late that I have to pay extra late fees. I am so tired of this.

I would give them 0 stars if it was available. They are always closed with a sign that says lunch at different hours every day, if it is not lunch, they are close because of computer problems, or they are out of power, or the A/C is broken. I've never seen a place in Miami that goes out of power weekly, when the power never goes down in Miami. If any manager sees this please go to this post office and check what is going on. It is not fair that the employees are not working since they are getting paid.

This office is always closed for some reason or no reason. Today July 1 is closed for no reason. Last Friday it was because the computer wasn't working or something like that. They should make sure to provide a better service, that you get there during times when they should be open and they are simply closed and that's it, that's disrespectful.
