“First impressions are everything. I'm a veteran of standing in draconian long lines, waiting for the inevitable grunt of the government employee, "next" and the soulless shuffling of tired feet, drained of all get up. Not here. The line was 10 deep and moved fast. 3 employees kept the place rocking, one guy (I didn't get his name) was upbeat and perhaps the kindest USPS employee I have ever met. Everything was thank you and have a nice day. The man worked with a smile, a great disposition and cheer. Never seen this before. Not in Michigan (where most people are cheerful, except on expressways, where they tailgate), not in Chicago (where a smile is as elusive as any words at all) this being Florida, I was expecting a horrible experience to add to all the past ones. Happy to say, this is the most cheerful post office I've ever been to, no doubt thanks to the cheerful guy. Right on ?”

“This is a good little post office that is nearby me. People are nice. Has kinda short hours and that’s why I’ll take off a star. Also because the hours on google are not the hours in person, it closes at like 4-5pm”

“After my last review, the area manager contacted me and promised to evaluate the reopening of the location overnight service, which he did and now we can get access to the box when needed. As for the staff, I have not have any interaction with them, but hopefully they have improved. Kudos to the area manager for his care and attention to the customer's concerns. Unfortunately, I did not get the link to provide compliments for him.”
