No problem. I will elaborate. So when I called last week because of a pup in need, first I was trying to explain the situation and was rudely interrupted. Also after being told you guys couldn't help because of the location of where the dog was I then gave a bit more detail and then the answer jumped to another reason the pup couldn't get help because you guys were suddenly "full". And lastly of course I asked for the staff members name repeatedly just to be hung up on. And that is why unfortunately I will not be using or referring your company to anyone. Thanks.

I surrendered a pet on 9/11/23 due to a home situation. I knew I didn’t want him in a shelter so I emailed Puppy Pleasers Rescue. Sure enough I received a response the following day and from then on worked hand in hand with Renee on figuring out the best home for my fur baby. She let me know about her fostering homes she has for the dogs and was very transparent in communicating the following steps and potential after care once I had surrendered him. She was able to meet me and take him; in as little as 5 days and continuously kept me updated with pictures as well as let me know how he was doing. Shortly after giving him over my baby was adopted only 5 days after! She made sure he was up to date on shots and routine testing before being able to find him a home. I was also provided photos of him once adopted with his new family. I miss him every single day but I feel great knowing Renee did her absolute best to make sure he was somewhere where he is loved and cared for. I still can’t thank her enough!

Amazing experience, great communication. With all the bad puppy Mills and places that exploit puppies, the stories you see on TV, I was very apprehensive about adopting a puppy. Not a single concern about Puppy Pleasers Rescue. I would recommend them any day. Lots of post adoption communication. They truly care. We took the puppy to vet for follow up shots and they were happy with all the paperwork, the health of the dog and all the guidance we got from Renee.10/10 do again

My family and I just adopted a little girl from one of the events this shelter puts on. We are so happy we found our forever pet, and we strongly recommend the shelter. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and you can tell that they care about every dogs well-being.

Disappointed to say the leastI reached out to this rescue after finding a pup on petfinder! I was sent an application almost immediately and had high hopes! I filled it out within two hours and sent it back. I promptly got an email back saying those puppies had been given away by someone else (not the rescue) okay, that’s a little strange… but no big! I’m then recommended two other pups to look at, I did and fell in love with one of them! She told me to come to a viewing THAT DAY in two hours. I scramble and said I could make it 45 minutes after she said, she said she would try to hold her until I got there.I hauled it over, walk in, and this woman looks at me and says “oh well these two families came and I gotta give them to the families.” really irritating, but i understand wanting good homes for the pups.My BIGGEST ISSUE, was the fact that I was directed to drive out and if I liked her I could adopt. Upon arrival I found out she had NOT EVEN LOOKED AT MY APPLICATION IN FULL YET. ONLY THEN did she tell me she wanted EVERYONE to be there (which I could have arranged had I been told earlier) and that she had chosen these families instead.I’m not upset the dogs went to different homes AT ALL, both families seemed lovely! But good lord what an organizational NIGHTMARE!Severely disappointed with this rescue, they don’t come across as organized…and they don’t seem to really check their applications before passing dogs out.Renee seemed like a lovely woman, I was just disappointed by the situation that was caused by a severe lack of communication.

After driving around to multiple puppy stores in search of a friend for our golden, puppies and rescues was our last stop. So many puppy stores have poor practices and designer prices but the owner of Puppies and Rescues not only knew about the different temperaments of his puppies but also knew alot about the breed itself, no d*** sales ploys or *love at first sight* non-sense. We recently adopted one of his rescue puppies that has an amazing temperament and were not pressured or assaulted by sales people. All of the puppies were clean and looked healthy, but the one thing that honestly won this review was because of the owner's willingness not to sell a puppy to an inactive owner when the breed requires excessive amounts of exercise, most people would think it's not okay to expect things from a puppy owner and to not assume but if the puppy isn't going to be taken care of and it's needs not met then the owner should reconsider a different breed, many puppy stores lack this empathic view and only care about selling you a puppy for an excessive amount of money.

I just want to say you have filled our lives with more joy than anyone could ever wish for. We adopted a puppy from you 15 YEARS AGO and now we must say goodbye to our senior dog Sophie tomorrow due to cancer. Our contact person was Charonda B and my heart goes out to her for making this happen and to give us this animal/angel. I hope some day I will get another puppy but, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Rick and Daphne Miles

I adopted a puppy named Edna from Puppy Pleasers Rescue a little over a month ago and I just wanted to come on here to commend Renee. She is very communicative and has the biggest hearts for dogs and their families. She lead me to my best friend. Edna enjoys pup cups, playing with her frisbees and bringing all her toys out to the backyard, the windows down in the car, and most importantly trips to the park. Duh! She is an absolute delight and loves learning new tricks. 100% recommend Puppy Pleasers Rescue :)

Renee is great! She really cares about every single dog and puts all of her heart, mind and soul into rescuing dogs in need. We worked with her as a foster home for 2 of her dogs for the last few month and we are very lucky and happy to have that experience with her and the 2 rescue pups! She provides for all that is needed for the dogs to get ready for their forever homes: food, medical care, toys,… she is unstoppable even if it means for her to run a tight budget so that she can rescue as many dogs as possible! Donations are always needed and when you donate to puppy pleasers rescue I can guarantee you that the money goes where it belongs: to the puppies! She’s also always in need for foster homes and we can highly recommend that experience for everyone who is a dog lover and has a little extra space in their hearts and homes for those in need! Adopting dogs from puppy pleasers rescue is a great thing to consider, when you want to let a new dog into your life, because the Organisation absolutely integer and dedicated to really find the right home for their dogs, not missing any beat to make a great adoption process possible!
