Unfortunately, I also received poor service by a woman that worked here. I do not recommend this location.

If I could rate this place a 0, I would but unfortunately one star is the lowest. The lady with the mustache is horrible, she definitely needs to be fired. She was very rude and I should have listened to the reviews about setting up a passport appointment at this location. She tells me all of her afternoon passport appointments were basically canceled, yet sends me away after I was 5 or so minutes late for my appt. She acts like there’s nothing she can do to help, and I wish there was someone to report her terrible service to. Even if they did provide service, I would not trust that location to assist correctly with my passport, especially her. I would definitely go somewhere else!

You won't receive a receipt from them if you have three or more packages, as they consider themselves too busy, regardless of whether or not there are other customers in the room. These people waste taxpayers money but do not do the job.

I shouldn't have ignored the reviews. DO NOT go to this location for passport service. There was only one lady working, a black lady who said she was the manager. She refused to follow the state Dept rules for a current photo within 6 months. After we waited in line for her to take customer packages (bc she was the only one working), she would not accept my child's passport photo that was taken only 3 months ago. I showed her the State Dept website and proof when the photo was taken, and she still refused. She should not be doing passports if she refuses to follow the rules. Some people really don't have time to waste like that.

I have used this post office for many years and have always found all the personnel to be efficient, friendly and helpful. There is never a long line and I highly recommend going here over any other post office!

Mr Boyd was awesome. Came in to do a passport, he made the experience so pleasant. He was so friendly and walked us through the whole process. True asset to the post office. Thank you!

Had an appointment for passports. Everyone that walks in gets priority over you. Takes a very long time to process the passport application due to the worker constantly needing to help others that walk in. My recommendation is go to a different post office for passports. I will not be using this office again. Took over an hour to fill out two passport applications, which realistically shouldn't take longer than 15 mins. If you need a place for good service go somewhere else, if your looking for a place to hang out for a couple hours with very little progress then this is the place for you.

Yo this place is sketchy. Hand written prices for priority higher than if you bought online. Charges for supplies that should be free. I would this location with your mail. As an added bonus the people working here are rude.

I went in last week to get my passport done. I was 3 minutes late, but stepped in and there was a gentleman in front of me, so I was filling in little boxes. Not much to do, been through the process before, and knew there would be time to fill out a couple boxes in the back. The guy at the counter talked and had issues until 1013…my appointment was at 10. I wasn’t asked what I was there for until he left. Which I get, he was there and needed help. But I was told I was late and needed to reschedule. So I left and rescheduled for today. I went in today (earlier than appointment time), and was told to wait in the hall. I waited past my 930 time and was taken back at 935. When taken back I sat to get my picture, but the camera wasn’t ready. I waited a few, sat down, and waited more. I went to the outside to let the people behind me know that they needed to let her know they were there for an appointment (945). When I came back she cameBack to continue the appointment and told me if I needed to leave or step out, then I needed to do that not open her door. I told her I was just letting the other people know they needed to say they were here for an appointment. She said she didn’t care and if I did that that I was in breach of privacy. Which I get. But she didn’t address them nor did she ask about their appointment when she came out and got me initially. Then she said it wouldn’t matter anyways because they would just have to wait. I was in there in the back until 9:57. She said, “now you just have to wait on the mail. Sporty about the wait and all that stuff and whatever”…bad thing is, she was working alone until 945ish. She had a bad attitude, and that’s probably no good. But also, she was alone. And that doesn’t make for pleasant work environment and service.

Honestly, worst experience I’ve ever had at a post office. Do not go to this post office for any passport services what so ever. I set up an appointment and I had a printed out confirmation to show I had an appointment. Precious, the person that was working there, denied to help me submit my passport application. Any normal adult works a lot and she told me to come back at a later time or go to another post office which I didn’t have any time for. Every other human in the building was confused as to why she wouldn’t help me when I had a confirmed appointment set up. They said that they’d wait but she still denied me. Oh, she also takes 20 minutes to ship a package out. My appointment was at 9am WHICH I WAS EARLY FOR. She didn’t tell me until 9:30am that she wasn’t going to help me. Worst experience ever and very unprofessional.

NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGEI ordered a package for my mother and stayed home all day to receive it. I watched the mail truck drive by my home and deliver everything except for the package that was labeled as out for delivery on the USPS site. When I checked the mailbox to get my package, it was not there. But the site lists it as delivered. When I called the post office to ask about my missing package that had not been delivered, I received a message from their system that said due to Covid, postal workers were not available to take any complaints or questions. So now the website says that my package has been delivered but I don’t have any idea where it is. I can’t risk my health knocking on every door in the neighborhood looking for my package that was not delivered to my house.I saw the driver deliver everything but the package I bought for my sick mother. Your drivers don’t know how to insure proper delivery of our packages.
