Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes, was told their register was down and to come inside, sat in line for 15 minutes inside, then was sent to another line to wait to get the good rx price before being sent back again to the original line which was much longer than before. Super unaccommodating and actually pretty ridiculous. I waited in four separate lines for one refill of medicine.

The minute clinic was an amazing experience! I was able to schedule a same day appointment when o could not get in to me normal health provider. Dr. Scully was amazing and took time to go over my health issue! This was refreshing to be able to make an appointment and be in and out in less than an hour!

They tell us the prescription was hot at 8 am and a two hr fill time… 10:15 and said still not filled and said it will be another hour…. Rude people that work here and they never answer a phone!! Circus business being ran here!

I was at the Pharmacy 1/6/24 between 6 and 9 pm, to get some refills ordered and ask a few questions. When I arrived I went to the drop off prescription window. As I was waiting I was told someone will be with you in a minute after about 5 minutes a young black woman said she could help me at the consultation window. I went over to it waited for her to come to the window and from the island in the pharmacy she asked me by DOB I asked her to move closer so I didn't disclose my personal information across the room while other clients were around. She started to and as soon as I gave it to her she returned to the island and not the computer next to the window I was standing at. I told her I was not giving any more information like this. She looked at me like I was a bother. Obviously she has no concern for HIPAA laws.Now the Pharmacist that was there saw my concern and stepped in and helped me. I want her to be recognized for her help but I can't remember her name. As for the other person my personal feelings is she should be removed. She clearly has no concern for clients confidentially.

I worked in healthcare for 41 years and will tell you, this pharmacy is definitely not patient friendly Terrible customer service. Under staffed, Under trained, and Poorly managed. Don't waste your time here. Just go to Publix. Would give zero stars if I could.

They are not willing to do any extra work at all they are lazy and do not care about customer service. If you want to be given a hard time and wait for an hour then CVS is where you should go.

It is impossible to get a hold of a real person in this pharmacy. They made a change to a "confidential voicemail" that promises a return call within a few business hours but let's be real, ain't nobody getting a call back back from them. It was hard enough to get a person on the phone before now we're never going to be able to get in touch with them. They were already rude and snippy any time you spoke with them. This is only going to make it worse.

Second month in a row where my Rx called in my PCP has been screwed up. I have been here since 2008. I will be moving my RX to a new pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I think I’ve ever been too at this location. Don’t not recommend wasting you’re time. Definitely need new management and employees.

Really condescending at the pharmacy. Won't run rx through good rx for a customer and was rude when I asked about it. Disappointing.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the area. I cannot remember a pick up that has gone well. They mess something up, do not call when they say they will, and then blame you for their mess. I have all but one prescription removed from them. After this last refill, I will not do business here ever again. I would rather drive across town than deal with their problems and attitude. Avoid this place if at all possible.

All I can say is I wish I had checked the reviews before using this pharmacy based solely on the convenience of the location. The pharmacist himself if very nice and helpful, but he must not have much backbone for managing his staff. My son had surgery, and they only gave me 2 out of 3 medicines when I picked up, excluding his pain medicine. However, instead of letting me know the pain medicine was on backorder, they didn't even mention it and let me believe I had it in the bag. My son was in finally pain and needing his pain medicine, I realized it wasn't there, and I had to call CVS back. The lady who answered the phone told me that it was on backorder and was very rude and unhelpful. When I was explaining how they had put us in a real "pickle", she cut me off and transferred me to the pharmacist. He explained that they only had 16 of 18 pills but that he could fill it with that if I wanted him to. Desperate, I asked him to go ahead and fill it. When I went to the pharmacy to pick it up, I told the lady that she had been very unprofessional on the phone by dismissing me and handing me off to the pharmacist. She immediately cut me off again and fired back in front of the entire staff and existing customers that I had been unprofessional too (excuse me, I'm the customer), and that I had also been rude and yelling at her, and that someone in the background was yelling too. Well this was completely false, because was at home alone with my son. I'm sorry if she is angry about her job, but whether she likes it or not, she is in the customer service business. And the pharmacist had nothing to say about the situation and let her talk to me like I was a low-life. I'll never go back to this pharmacy. Walgreen's isn't much better, so I'll likely go to Publix, even if it is further out of the way, because they are the only ones left who know anything about customer service. It's a real shame.
