Got text that prescription was ready, but when I got to the store it wasn't ready, and they later said it was out of stock. The pharmacist didn't offer any explanation or even apologize for their mistakes.

My mother in her 60s had fallen and hit her head, badly scraped up and bruised, while she was a couple miles away and stopped by just to see if she could talk to someone at the pharmacy to see if they think she should go to the hospital. Not a single person in that department acknowledged her while she called out to them, they completely ignored her, so she walked away. Bleeding from her head. I know she should have went to the hospital, but at the time, she didn't know, and needed someone to talk to. CVS's employees are not those people. You want a robot with no human interaction skills. Welcome to CVS. I'm mortified to think how a human can look at another human that's badly injured, and ignore them. That's beyond me.

Im only generously giving 1 star because 0 or - isn't an option. This is the worst pharmacy in Escambia County Florida. Repeatedly lied about my mother's insulin coming in for over a week. I work in healthcare, I understand delays however, don't mislead your patients. Especially severely diabetic elderly patients. Once the meds were received they gave us .5 of what was needed to actually administer. When she expressed the urgent need to have her medication and the pen to administer they hung up on her and left her sitting and waiting for 2 additional days. 5 trips, 14 phone calls and complaints filed at the state and federal level this will be addressed. The pharmacy manager had the audacity to blame my mother's provider for the screw up on CVS part. Little did he know I was with the provider and the script and all equipment needed to administer was called in correctly. This is FAR from over. This place needs to be shutdown before more patients are injured due to their lies and negligence.

Drive thru has 2-lanes. One supposed to be for drop offs only, one for full service. Pull up to drop off lane Ms. Attitude yells out lane is closed. Go all the way around the building to full-service lane. Finally get to the window, same little Ms. Attitude says lane is for drop off only. God I miss Winn Dixie pharmacy.

Terrible, I had to go here to get pain meds filled because my husband got discharged from the hospital on a Saturday after noon and everyone was closed. I went by on my way home from the hospital and the whole pharmacy was closed for lunch. Ok, so I came back at about 445, they close at 6, and I was told it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow because they have inventory tonight. I had to come back after calming down and tell them that was not acceptable. My husband was not going to wait on pain meds when he was just discharged from the hospital. This is a perfect example of why I never go to these big chain pharmacies. They do not care about the people who need them.

The pharmacy gets 5 stars all day. The pharmacists are always busy, but I've never had an issue with any if them. There are a couple of pharmacy employees that just always look less than thrilled to be there, but I always get great service. Wait times can be long, most of which is caused by customers not being prepared or wanting to argue with whomever is working the register. FYI most issues with pricing is caused by insurance not staff... The manager was called back to the pharmacy for assistance due to them being slammed once and she was so rude. I give the pharmacists 5 stars, but the rest of the store 3.

I shop here weekly it’s my favorite store. All the closing employees know me when I walk in the door and we chat every time I’m in the store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Candace especially is always so cheerful and friendly she also is always so helpful. If she ever has a bad day you’d never know it. She is a gem.

Trying to get to the urgent care. I was there 1 1/2hr before they closed but seen no one and could not get an appointment for that day. No patient around.
Not so urgent clinic….what a joke.
