I went to Ross a few weeks ago i,wanted to get so chocolate ,I picked up a package of the Ferrero Rocher but there was a hole in the package that appears to be eaten by a rodent,I pick up another and that too was eaten ,I found 3 packages that was eaten , and the shelf that theywhere on had bits and pieces of the chocolate wrapper all over ,I took the packages to the check out person and she put it on a shelf next to her and act as if it's nothing, I said to her you need to inform the manager about this because It appears to be eaten by rats she casually say ok yes.i went back 3 days in a row to see if they clean the shelf up but the bits and pieces remain there for a few days before it was eventually clean.i was very disappointed. But the upside is I love ross I just hope the worker be more proactive and clean the shelves with the food every day to ensure the foods are safe to eat. It's still my #1 store.they change staff regularly , the staff was more friendly back then,there are still a few good ones there.

This was an awful experience today at this location. I will not be coming back here the guy in the meat department really upset me I asked him to cut my flank steak a little thinner he told me it was thin enough , I said well I would like it a little thinner he said no.. I said you are very rude. He totally hates his job. When I came here last week to ask a question at the pharmacy the pharmacist told me they weren't open yet it was 9:00am. how are they not opened? ,The people at the store are very rude. I miss my Boynton location I can't wait for it to be built

Besides not being able to find a parking space, the store is very nice.The old Publix across the street had much better "Bigger" rotisserie chickens.I was embarrassed to see what they were selling the first week. Extremely small dry and Overcooked.All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not impressed with new store. I expected a salad bar like the other Publix out west. The aisles seem narrower than other stores. Everything seemed cramped I’ll stick with my regular Publix.
