This place doesn't deserve even one star. Let me start by saying this place is a crook. They charge an arm and leg, won't let you get anything personal out your vehicle. Basically let's just say they want to keep your vehicle by overcharging you. They know exactly what they are doing by keeping what's yours and know what's valuable. To be honest I could have taken my wrecked vehicle home myself at least someone else wouldn't be getting a profit from it...and please no sorry.

Car broke down, they meant BUSINESS! Got to my car SUPER FAST, Driver was AMAZING, service IMPECCABLE! Made sure my family was okay and had transportation to our spot of choice...very knowledgeable of area...made my family feel safe in a very unsafe situation...WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

This establishment is racist against African American people I do no recommend they broke into my car opened the hood and took parts that way I want able to move the vehicle broke into my trunk stole me and my THREE YEAR OLD childs clothes they also tried to hide my car with the female workers car who works in there she wears glasses it also smelled like they poured gas in my car as well cause the stuff I could get smelled of gas also she said normally " out of town tags don't come back for their cars " so they broke into my car and destroyed it cause they didn't think I would come get it the female worker knew exactly what happened because her car was the one trying to hide my car DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Excellent job! If you're looking for a top notch professional towing experience for a great price these guys will not disappoint you. I had an extremely large classic vehicle and a small yard to put it in. When I asked him if he could put it in this tight spot very close to another vehicle he said "I can put it wherever you want it" and he was right. His truck was huge and my truck was huge and he did en excellent job with the best equipment possible for the job. I even called around and he was the best price. Thanks guys!

Very rude & unprofessional. I just called and said hello how are you gave my name and told the gentlemen I need a tow could he help me and he said no I "caint" and hung up the phone. I called right back no answer and the call went to voicemail.

We broke down on I-10, and we had to call a tow. Called Higginbotham's, and they were very helpful...sent Joe(from Hungary) right away, and towed us to town in time to get a repair. Thankful for courteous, helpful and kind people who know their business!
