“As a current employee of Creative Kids Learning academy I love it. I have been in child care for only a year and I'm still learning new things everyday and I'm glad that I have the help of Mrs. Ruth and Mrs. Gina to help me out. Some people don't realize that working in childcare requires a lot patience you have to learn how to deal with different situations when it comes to the children. You never want children to fear you in a classroom because they will never trust you. It is very important to get to their level and talk to them and not just yell and think they are going to listen to you. Working with Mrs. Ruth and Mrs. Gina they have helped me so much and they help me become a better teacher everyday. Working with Mrs. Ruth is a great experience she may like things a certain way but that's okay because you may not know what to do and she will come and give a bunch of ideas and work you until you can figure out what works for you. Mrs. Gina is also a great experience to work with because she's always willing to help you anyway she can. They both care so much for the children that go here and their employees this daycare has so much love. In my opinion I would recommend this job to anyone who loves childcare.
