I don’t normally write reviews but after our experience with Ratchet Motorsports forced me to write one in a good way. The dealer experience here was beyond what we could have hoped for. Great, helpful honest and friendly. Nothing but a pleasure buying from Ratchet Motorsports and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Our white gmc sierra turned out great and we gained a friend along the way!

Mike is a great guy to work with on my 3rd build with him anything from lifts/wheels/tires and some performance parts also ships everything to me in Pennsylvania answers any questions I have about installs and gives me personal advice on what he build will look like or what I should do different absolute five star guy himself 2020 chevy will be the new build !!!!!

I've gone here to get wheels and tires for my truck a few times along with getting a lift kit installed. Mike the Owner is very helpful and respectful, along with the guys in the shop who do a great job. I will only use these guys. 10/10 recommend!!

Mike is the Man!!Hands-down, the best experience I’ve had purchasing anything. Completely straightforward upfront pricing, no hidden fees no BS and Mike had me in an out almost as fast as you can get an oil change done at Grease Monkey. So, Now that I have owned the car for over a month and given it time for all the gremlins to come out and have my local mechanics look it over,I feel it's time to give my review.Giving ratchet 2*s cause Mike is a likeable guy, but,I don't know if they did enough to field this car they sold me.The passenger door lock. The actuator that should lock and unlock it? Doesn't work. Have to manually lock and unlock by reaching over.But I get it. Sold as is.Cruise control.The light turns on in the dash. But as soon as I flick the set button. Nothing.That's because there is a motor that sits over the gas peddle to control that. It's dead.But again, sold as is.And for the final trick,Piston rings!I don't know what they dumped in it to get me 800 miles without having to dump in oil,But 823 miles later the oil light came on and it started shooting black and grey smoke.And for the record, I never red lined this thing in all those miles.I didn't even ride it hard.It saw 5k rpms on a few over takes to pass slow pokes, but it mainly cruised 2.5-3k, 3k rpms being the usual shift point until I get it into 5th.Red line is 7k rpms.I feel like I babied it just so if something does happen, I can't be blamed.I wanted to get my first 3k miles out of the way quietly to build my confidence in this car, but 823 miles later ...Took it to my local mechanic and their best estimate is $2k on a lower rebuild kit and $3k on their labor.I paid $10k on a car that was really only worth $6k that needs $6-7k worth of work.(Passenger door actuator, cruise control gas peddle motor, pistons and piston rings)Anyway, I wrote this review with just my facts so I can't be sued for defamation.No opinions were given.But as with any consumer purchase advice,Do be careful with your purchases and when purchasing damaged goods,Do feel free to ask the seller for fair market value, not just what they want.
