Traded in my Lexus which i still owed on for a Mercedes. My personal bank approved my loan for the car, sent them a check and they were suppposed to pay loan off and never did so the car got reposessed and is still on my credit.

The owners of Heath's Exotic Cars located at 9919 U.S. Hwy. 41 in Gibsonton are facing multiple counts of fraud, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Haytham and Peggy Daas, husband and wife and owners of the auto dealership, face 35 counts of fraud in all.

Heath & Peggy were a delight. Very personable and honest people. They knew we needed a vehicle to tow a trailer to TN and led us to what would fit our needs as well as deterred us from vehicles that wouldn't. Great trade-in value. We made new friends!

I've debated a while about doing this review, but I'm convinced now that I need to if it will help someone else. When I first got in touch with heath's the staff seemed really nice and like a place I'd like to do business with. Once I met them and was looking to do business, I really believed that he and his son were stand up guys, but that is far from the truth. I have no idea where to begin telling you the amount of trouble I have had with the car I bought from them and because of my dealings with them. Now granted, I have had no physical issues with the car itself. This "dealership" had me riding dirty for over a year. I only found out because I tried to do my registration and my registration didnt exist. So for an entire year I was driving a car that was still registered under the previous owners name and the tags I had were still listed as the plates on the vehicle that I had traded in. If a cop had ran my plates at any moment I would have been in a lot of trouble, no fault of my own. Secondly they showed me a fake carfax on the car I purchased from them. It showed no accidents and an odometer of 92k. I tried to trade the car in in another state over a year later and found out they had lied to me. The car had well over 200k miles and they had rolled it back, but because they rolled it back, no dealership was willing to buy it. These guys are crooks. The prices are great because the deals truly are unbelievable. Do not believe them and do business with them, you will regret it.

I totally love love my car!!! I bought a 2014 fully equipt Lincoln MKZ .... laaawd when I tell you Mr Heath gave my a bargain... that's an under statement!!!! I get soooo many compliments everywhere I go!! He was fun to talk to while we sat thru the buying process and by the time we finished I felt like part of the family.. Now that's how your suppose to be treated when spending your hard earned money!! I can't say enough good things about this dealership.. I will be returning to take a pictures with my new ride as I see he has all his other customers on the website with their new rides so now I'm jealous lol!! I'll be sending my daughter n son n law there also. So Mr Heath not only have you done a great job, you've gained a satisfied customer and a new daughter!!! Love you to Mrs. Peggy!!! Thank you for blessing me and do know y'all are appreciated!!!

Heath is a nasty human being and did not answer my questions about pricing. After everything he began cursing and using profanity. He is unprofessional and extremely rude. WILL NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS.
