Was having a piece of artwork delivered by grand Champion movers via Rooms To Go. Tony texted in the morning mentioning that he would be picking up all the orders he had to deliver around noon and we would be his fourth stop. Tony mentioned he would give us an updated ETA and let us know when he is one hour out. Between 1pm & 7:45pm did not hear a word from Tony. Then around 7:50pm he said there’s two stops ahead of us. It’s now 9:45pm and there’s no exact eta when the artwork will be delivered. Reached out asking for an updated ETA but no response. He mentioned he would give updated ETA and he did not. He mentioned he would reach out when he is one hour out and that was a lie too. This has been an huge headache, lack of communication, professionalism, and huge inconvenience.

This moving company was amazing! We used them to deliver a dresser that we purchased from a nearby furniture store and they were able to accommodate us and deliver the item in less than 24 hours. The two movers Zay & Rio were extremely professional and courteous. They even brought the item up the stairs for us. The dresser was handled with a lot of care and attention and was wrapped very securely to prevent any damage. I will continue to use this company for any moving needs in the future!

I couldn't have picked a better company. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. The guys who delivered my furniture was excellent and they were very polite and hardworking. They made sure my furniture came in excellent condition and I highly recommend them to everyone in Florida. They kept me in the loop about everything and came on time. A great company. The owner worked with precise timing. Explained everything in detail. And I will hire them again. Definitely.

Absolutely a great company. Aaron the owner was a excellent person who handles everything with precision and professionalism extremely courteous and a delight to work with my furniture came in excellent condition and the guys who delivered it was on time. And helpful they even took the time to make sure everything was in place. Before they left I highly recommend them to everyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever! While the movers were extremely polite, they are not skilled movers. They broke a pipe while trying to remove my washer and flooded my home the day before closing and my buyer's walk- through. Over $5000 worth of items were damaged or broken. Some of the items were damaged in my presence while the movers were unloading the truck others were visibly damaged already as they brought the items off the truck. I had even paid for them to come wrap and prepair my items before the move to ensure its safety during the move and while in storage.The manager Delos, talked me out of using the insurance stating they haven't had a claim in years (now I understand why). He said he would take care of settling up with me by sending someone to take a look at the the furniture that was damaged to see if it could be repaired and whatever was not repairable, he would pay to replace it. No one ever came and Delos kept making excuses why. He asked for photos of damaged items (which I sent) yet I never received any response regarding compensation. After numerous attempts to contact him, here I am 1 year later without any compensation for broken items and outside of the window period to place a claim. If you have furniture or belongings that are of any value, use another moving company. I suggest, Grand Champion movers.
