They would have delivered sooner, but we settled on a day that worked best for us.”

“My husband and I met with Nelson Martinez to purchase our furniture. While we do believe our furniture was made well, the cushions had an issue. We contacted the warranty company who denied our claim and then a few months later called and said they were reopening it only to deny it again. I was beyond disappointed. The patio cushions were downright embarrassing the way they looked after one year. We decided to call Nelson, explained the issue and just like our initial purchases he was right on it and in less than a week our replacements arrived. This was exceptional customer service and we would definitely recommend this Brandon Store for all your Patio needs. In love with the set even more now!”

“This store sent out Damien and Rene to replace a part of the bed that I purchased from American Signature that arrived broken. Damien and Rene went above and beyond. This is my 3rd visit having a repair tech come over to replace the footer of the bed (the first two visits, they tried replacing with another broken piece...different team than today). These guys (who were different from who came before) arrived with the footer and it was not broken or scratched like before. They brought it up my stairs and did not require me to remove my dog gate (the prior repair guys made me remove the gate from the wall which is screwed in which is a PIA). They removed the mattress and frame from the bed without even asking (the prior techs refused to remove the mattress and frame and told me I would have to do it myself since it was purchased elsewhere...it's not easy removing a king size mattress and bed frame all by yourself as you have two strong men watching you but not helping). Damien and Rene were courteous, friendly and professional! Too bad they didn't send these two kind men out the first time I had an issue and then I probably would not have required two additional visits. Thank you!”
“Picked up our new umbrella today, and I love it! It matches our furniture slung in Fern Dance perfectly. We have also had 4 chairs and 3 chaises reslung recently (not the ones in this picture). This company is a pleasure to work with. Everyone is super nice. I've used 2 other companies in Bradenton for re-slinging, and the little bit of money you save with them is not worth the very long wait time and poor customer service. I will always use Cushion Solutions now.”

“I recently went in store to purchase a new washer/dryer set that I saw online. When I went in unfortunately they didn’t have the set I wanted in stock. So the manager let me know he would order my set and call me to set up an account over the phone. The manager (forgot his name) followed up with me two days after my initial visit to confirm I still wanted to place the order. He advised me that the set would be ready for delivery Friday. When Friday came he called and set up everything over the phone. We were able to set up a delivery time that worked for me. The delivery guy Gavin was amazing! I had an old washer and dryer in the area where I needed the new set to go and Gavin was more than willing to help me move it. He was extremely nice and efficient! Set up felt like it only took 5 minutes!!! I really appreciate the AMAZING service I received at this location!!! Good customer service is hard to find, so thank you guys so much for all your help!!!!”

“Lindsay at the TAMPA FLORIDA location. This is the second time Lindsay has not only answered questions for me but placed an order for me and basically offered me TOP NOTCH customer service, answered all my questions and made me feel amazing about spending a small fortune. I bought my lovesac sactional in Baltimore, MD in 2012 and have changed the covers twice, bought an additional lovesac sectional for my Rustic cabin in Ohio (the Lovesac is worth more than the cabin lol). Now living in Florida I have purchased all new replacements cushions and covers during the pandemic (Lindsay also helped me with that transaction) and now added three additional seats and sides for my OG Lovesac. I don't even know how to give Lindsay proper credit but she surely deserves it. My cart sat floundering for weeks as I tried to decided if I should add pieces how many and what was the deal with the deep seats? Are they versatile? are they worth it? I already have a deep side that allowed me to have the long sactional but the seats? I used your chat services and spoke with a person who though not meaning to confused me more about the deep seat option and left me to abandon my cart again and not pull the trigger on the order. SO, this all changed with one call to Lindsay, she made it so easy to understand the deep seat "it just meant a smaller size back cushion nothing else is different" THAT WAS SO EASY! Don't give me measurements, just tell me straight up. She has the ability to streamline the info and charge my account in minutes. Not only that she sent me pics via text of configurations and worked out the best way to make a chair etc. She also located my account and even did a price adjustment days later when I ended up getting an additional 5% off coupon via email. Lindsay made sure that I Knew that Lovesac valued me as a customer. She sounded like she had enthusiasm about being a lovesac employee which is major to me. And she generally provided customer service that is very hard to find in our current climate. THANK YOU Lovesac for making Lindsay feel valued so that she was able to make me as a customer feel valued. THANK YOU LINDSAY”
