900 dallars ticket for 5 hours of labor and parts I brought. 9:30 am appointment. Almost didn't finish in a day. Got car back with headlight out. Claim never touched but worked prior. Go somewhere with accountability. If while I was there I person they would have said "would you like to see video proof?" That would have been A.) good customer service. B.) accountability. All I got in person was "hey this tech, did they touch his headlights?" Word of mouth

THIS REPAIR SHOP PUT NON APPROVED PRICES ON MY BILL!!
ALL MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE APPROVED BEFORE CHARGED!!
THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH PROOF FOR PARTS AND FEES!!
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET COPIES OF ALL THE MAINTENANCE FOR MY VEHICLE!!
THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ALL MY REPAIR PROOF FOR A $2025.25 BILL!!
I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS REPAIR SHOP AGAIN!!
