Andrew was an amazing help and found the potential but most probable issue which was my Disk Drive full. He even went the extra mile of showing me some cool aops and explaini g how things work to understand his findings. I havent gotten home yet to confirm but he found the issue in less than 30mins. ? My phone screen was no longer working and I just needed to get my old pics and data to be sent to a new phone. not something he usually does but did it and let me sit in store for a while to help great service and very friendly, not even apple would just put a temp screen on so I could do it they are also in this mall apple said cause my screen was not working they can’t get it all this guy did was put on a temp screen long enough so I can transfer my sim and everything so amazing!”
“Lovely restaurant.Pricey and that's due to a few factors.Only upscale restaurant in the area, so prices are slightly higher than usual but the food is good.Make no mistake, good chef on how steaks are cooked. Had the steak from Japan, wow.Only hit I can give here is due to demand on street (other than reservations) they struggle with accepting patrons. Yet they work hard for keeping up.Hostess needs a little more refining for this scale restaurant. You can't mention Five times as we wait outside the comment of, "we're cleaning the table still, please hold on".Two dining with drinks and the chef steak special of 150, the dinner was 300.”

“I recently went in store to purchase a new washer/dryer set that I saw online. When I went in unfortunately they didn’t have the set I wanted in stock. So the manager let me know he would order my set and call me to set up an account over the phone. The manager (forgot his name) followed up with me two days after my initial visit to confirm I still wanted to place the order. He advised me that the set would be ready for delivery Friday. When Friday came he called and set up everything over the phone. We were able to set up a delivery time that worked for me. The delivery guy Gavin was amazing! I had an old washer and dryer in the area where I needed the new set to go and Gavin was more than willing to help me move it. He was extremely nice and efficient! Set up felt like it only took 5 minutes!!! I really appreciate the AMAZING service I received at this location!!! Good customer service is hard to find, so thank you guys so much for all your help!!!!”
“I want to give a shout out to Gerard. I showed up and the door was open became the counter and told me that they were closed. I told him I was having issues with my phone and haven’t had service in two days was only because Customer kept him late. Regardless. He said, give me a second as he had to do his closing duties and he came out front to help me after hours. He wasn’t able to get the phone. Gave it a shot and I wanna give him a shout out for excellent customer service cause he went above and beyond the call of duty. Management give this guy a raise. At the former employee services upmost and important for a business and this guy displayed every bit of that.”
“Very pleased. When I came in the gentleman presented me all of my best options (including insurance claim). I decided to go with them and they were quite a bit cheaper than Best Buy. Very personable lady when I went to drop off. You hope to not return for a service like this (no one wants a broken phone), but if needed I will totally go back to them.”
