Guy with the ponytail was extremely rude. Dont know what personal problems hes facing, but unleashing your personal anger on strangers is not the way to go thru life. Walked right out. If the owner would see his behavior im sure they would fire him in the spot.

This is a convenient location because it is right next to the Home Depot. I agree with the other reviewers, the man who works there is terrible. Rude, an alarmist, wanted me to pay him 50 cents to tape (yes tape) the fed ex label to the box. One other time he wanted $5 for the Fed Ex package drop off because "he doesn't make any money for taking the package". Would rather drive the 10 minutes to the Fed Ex/UPS centers on Archer next to Publix where they are fast, friendly, and do not have a scary attitude.

I have been fortunate having Postal Express close by and used them continually for many years. Always the best service from this husband and wife team! All my postal needs are always taken care of in a professional and courteous manner. A+++++++++

The owner was super cool and willing to help with a shipping some odd shape items for me. He gave me options and even helped get everything boxed up and labeled.

Google says you can get fingerprinted here but apparently that service isn’t available anymore. Someone needs to get on it and update this.

Horrible customer service from Vasentha. This is the only USPS that I've ever had an issue with due to employees. I haven't had issues with the other usps locations in Alachua County.

Unfortunately this is the only place close to me! These people got lucky to find a place that’s convenient for many. If their business was in a less convenient area I doubt ANYBODY would go back once they’ve been there once. I have NEVER met ppl in the service business this rude. It’s kind of sad to see the guy who runs the place… he looks so depressed and angry with the world.. and his wife!!Sad!!

The married couple who run this place are absolutely the RUDEST and most CONDESCENDING people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.They could care less about your needs and only want as much money as they can possibly get, right down to charging for a cardboard box. What a conundrum! Terrible experience here today 12-5-2022 Monday. Honestly don’t know how they stay in business…but I certainly won’t EVER go back.Still confirming! Go to UPS at Jonesville. Do not waste your money or time on these two people!

I have been going to Westside mail for several years now. I have taken many difficult to box items and many needs special handling items to them. I have never received anything but exceptional service. They have made custom boxes for me to help avoid paying for a larger box. There has never been a situation where a package I mailed through this facility has not arrived on time and in perfect condition. This is a wonderful local owned business who provides excellent service.

If anyone wants to drop-off UPS packages without a $2 fee, the Advanced Auto Parts across the street will do it for free. They are a UPS authorized drop-off center (which this store is not)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Both workers are some of the rudest, most condescending people I’ve ever had to interact with in my life- both in person to me and other customers, and on the phone. I don’t know who hurt them, or why they’re such miserable beings… but AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Only reason I put one star it’s because zero star is not an option. The guy in this place is very rude and disrespectful he threw my coworkers phone at her while I was translating for her and refused to help resubmit fingerprint as instructed by the FDLE. 0% for customer service
