I have been a loyal Wells Fargo customer since its predecessors Wachovia & First Union for over 27 years. We have used Wells Fargo for all of our personal banking, business banking and credit cards. In the past 2 years we have experienced the worst possible customer service from the branch level to the corporate level. Even after escalating our complaints to supervisors and district managers, absolutely nothing has been done to resolve our issues. This is especially true with the business banking department. Everything from wire transfers to simple credit increase has turned into countless months, days and hours on the phone and in the branch, speaking with dozens of representatives who have no idea what they are doing. They cannot get anything right. We have even been promised by the relationship banker that our current issue should and would be resolved promptly and we have heard nothing for weeks. All we receive is a generic email stating that our complaints have been addressed and resolved. This is far from the truth. After watching this severe decline in overall service, complete lack of care and customer satisfaction, we have no choice but to close all of our accounts with Wells Fargo and transfer to a different bank. Wells Fargo banks should be shut down. If you are looking for a new bank we highly recommend that you stay away from Wells Fargo.

The worse bank ever.. Employees working the tellers were rude and then have the nerve too get slick put the mouth with the manager sitting there. Glad I don't bank with people like this. Unprofessional, rude and ran like a big joke.

There was a time when you would come into this branch and the associates would actually try to help you. Now they simply look for every opportunity to avoid doing anything. I’m a Long time Wells Fargo business customer and if I wasn’t so tied to the accounts I have established with the institution I would leave simply because my experience at this branch.

I have banked in this branch for many years, and I'm not a complainer...went in the branch simply to use a safe deposit box. No one looked at me as I sat on the side to ask me why I was there...after 25 minutes, I went up to the teller, who walked around the lobby, went into the bathroom...then went back to her station and didn't say a word. I waited 5 more minutes, then went up to her to ask what all that was about. She said she couldn't find anyone, maybe she was in the bathroom, then goes in and comes out and says she's not there...in all this time, there was someone at a desk in the lobby who never bothered to ask what was needed...another person came out of an office and got someone else, who, without comment or apology, let me into my box. This was horrible customer service--no inquiry as to what you need...no effort made at all...no effort to tell you what's happening, even after someone is trying something...no apology. It really was notably BAD.

We had our mtg with wellsfargo years agoalways liked them. So we decided to open our checking I love the like the more personal way of banking. Everyone is super nice at the millhopper location.I would recommend wellsfargo.

On 12/9/2022 around 9:00 AM I had a traumatizing experience at this particular Wells Fargo. I do not plan to ever visit this Wells Fargo location again. I received horrible customer service through the drive thru from the teller who assisted me. My transaction was not correct due to the teller making assumptions instead of asking me her concerns. The teller’s negligence caused me to wait an additional 25 minutes to resolve the issue with my transaction. On top of all of that, the teller blamed her mistake on me being a woman of color and the previous customer being a woman of color. I was infuriated with her remarks. All women of color do not look alike. I was wondering how could she fix her mouth to say something like that? I guess when you have privilege you can say anything to anyone.Good Morning Nick,I spoke with the Manager after asking for her twice through the drive-thru when the situation occurred. She told me that she wrote down my information and will be reaching out to me. Today is Thursday and if I do not hear from anyone by this evening I will definitely be calling corporate. Thank you.

I literally just left from up there, they’re are Careless of there customers. I came in today to open a new checking account and they was rude, also Danielle carfso gave me cold shoulders when I asked for help not welcoming at all. That’s not the right way to treat new customers, by the way I decided to go back to my bank I was first with.

I ejected my card and stuff in the drive through and waited 25 minutes before they even spoke to me and asked me to go use the atm because the tellers were busy….

Horrible service is the best I can say about Wells Fargo. They closed a better and more convenient location at Hunter's Crossing just to keep this one going. I waited 15 minutes just to get to the drive up window. Four drive thru lanes and one teller. What happened to all the people from the other location?

Appointment at 10:30am was set 24hrs in advance. We arrive, its 12 noon now and they say we have to go to another branch to get our appointment taken care of. Wasted an entire day.

I had an appointment this morning at 9:30 here (only doing appointments due to covid). A couple of people were out front arguing when I arrived. The door was locked, I called the branch phone number and no one answered. I noticed vehicles in the drive-up so I went through there but no one was at the window. Was finally approached by an employee outside who said this location was closed due to "technical difficulties" This gentleman was in the group arguing when I arrived and it was very clear what the "technical difficulties" was. A complete waste of my time, I now have to try to get another appointment at a different location because I couldn't get one at another location before work. Won't be coming back.
