I will not be using this bank anymore this is so crazy they think that u don't need your money u work for at all. I get my check from work I normally do it by mobile check deposit and it gives me my money every time but this time it told I had to go to the bank well I did so I deposited my check with the teller. And my check never shows up in my account. So I call them and they have the balls to tell me I half to wait until the next day what kind of bank does this other bank give u your hard earned money within 5 minutes when u go in and deposit. I do not suggest using this place I feel that they take your money and give it to other people while u half to wait for a day to get your money DO NOT BANK HERE UNLESS U HAVE MONEY U CAN FALL BACK ON IF U ARE LIKE ME AND U DEPEND ON YOUR CHECK WHEN U GET IT DONT COME HERE U WONT GET IT. I will be taking my money as soon as it hits my account and finding another. And to make it worse they don't even warn u about this so they know it's wrong and what they are doing to people is wrong I wouldn't give them a one star but have no choice

I had a worst experience today, all I want to do is exchange my cash for $100 bills for my mom’s sake, I have her wells fargo card, but this guy at the front doesn’t want to do it for me, he asked me to either bring my mom here, or have a wells fargo account myself. I used to always being able to exchange just using my mom’s card, now this guy wants to see my ID, want to see my wells fargo card. Come on, give me a break, you are acting like I am trying to steal money from my mom’s account, I have the cash, all I want to do is exchange for $100 bills. Why do you have to make it so difficult, no wonder this bank is worse than Bank of America, if Bank of America is on my commute route, I wouldn’t ever use this bank to exchange cash. You deserve 1 star negative review.

My parents and I are so glad we walked into this Wells Fargo branch today. Not only are their interest rates competitive, but their customer service is outstanding. We were assisted by Mr. Sean Richard.

ATMs don’t work. Have tried multiple days to give this bank my money, and the ATMs won’t even give me the option to deposit.

Whoever is training the workers here needs to teach some people skills. No smiles, no small talk, not even a greeting/have a good day. The walk up/drive thru ATM would give you more of a people experience lol

The Branch Manager here is a kind, caring magician! She untangled an account problem and has helped me multiple times since to navigate a difficult financial situation during a stressful time. The branch seems clean, competent, busy, and professional.

When we arrived, they requested an appointment. We set a time for 3:30 p.m. the next day. However, when we returned, they told us that the appointment was at 2:30 p.m., despite the fact that we were certain it was at 3:30 p.m. Then they said they'd find a way to accommodate us, and we waited for a long, with no one paying attention to us. We made the decision to go, and when we said OK bye, they didn't even ask if we had any more demands. I thought it was quite impolite.

I spoke with a lady named cindy from the premier line and she was a pleasure to deal with. She helped me obtain a courtesy over a simple overdraft fee and it only took 5 minutes or so to handle it. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but everytime I come to this location, my experience is good.

It would be nice if the bank manager asked if it was okay to discuss my account or issues in the middle of the lobby, before just doing it. Very unprofessional, I see why they’ve been fined 7.5 billion since 2016.

I came in with a complicated trust issue that required coordination with another branch and a family member. The branch manager, Cindi, was extremely helpful and was willing to be flexible and help facilitate the process. Although I don't bank with Wells Fargo personally, I would highly consider it after the experience with this branch.
