I live in Dallas, TX and I drove 14 hours and some change to this Gainesville location Wells Fargo for a notary appointment. I had to meet my daughter's father here to get a passport application signed/notarized. Robert Likens was very rude and not helpful, saying that the bank cannot notarize anything if you arent a customer but I was the customer needing the notary. It wasnt until I asked to see this changed policy, because I've never heard of that before and I get things notarized at my bank in Texas with no issues, that he even attempted to help me. I asked for the manager and Maria came and said that my daughter's father could open up an account (in order to become a customer) or be added on to my account so that we could get the application notarized. Robert rudely stated, "I wouldnt have even suggested that to you." Oh we know, because you were not willing to help or be of assistance from the beginning. I drove way too far just to not get my daughters passport application signed. This is the absolute worst Wells Fargo location I have ever been to and I will be filing a formal complaint because the customer service I received was horrible. And then to add, Robert had the nerve so say they're about to close so he could not help us open an account but the time was only 3:15 pm at the time. . .more than enough time to help a customer. The bank doesnt close until it closes and it sure doesn't close at 3:15 pm so as a bank employee, you should work until the close of business!!!

Wells Fargo is your friend until you show some financial struggles. My paychecks were deposited on time and even early, now that I've run into some financial issues, my paychecks have even been delayed. I'm going to another bank asap..I e been with Wells Fargo since 2017 too long.

They use a predatory scam parking company to manage their parking lot. They are trying to charge me $95 for entering an empty parking lot or use an ATM. Avoid the bank and avoid the lot. Parking is free across the street.

We just sat at the drive up window for 23 min and we were 2nd in line. There we two girls working thewindow but for some reason only one could do the transactions. By the time we pulled up to the window 2 more people got in the other line. They also waited 20+ min.That is RIDICULOUS!!!!I've been thinking of leaving Wells Fargo since they chargedme $10 for a cashiers check when my old bank gave you that for free.Now I'm definately leaving!
