A fantastic Wawa store! I frequently order iced coffees and breakfast burritos from here, and they’re always made tasty and I receive my orders fast. Really nice cashier lady who helped me in signing up for a Wawa Rewards Account as well.

I used to love this wawa but it's declined over the last couple of months. This place is known for their coffee. While I understand that supplies may be limited for certain flavors of coffee, even the main staples are usually out. And if you ask for them to make some more sometimes they refuse. And that's not right. If it's your job to make some coffee make it for the customer. My mom just went to grab me some coffee bcuz I couldn't this morning and the guy on the coffee station decided he didn't want to make any more holiday blend at the moment, no Cuban roast, no columbian, etc. Like why refuse? Even when they had pumpkin spice they decided to just not make anymore after two weeks when the other wawa down the road continued to make theirs. It's inconvenient to drive to the other one for me but I will start doing that bcuz this wawa can't handle simple coffee and it's sad. Please do better in the future

Tried to stop here to get a sandwich and they deleted my order for some reason even the lady couldn't figure it out so after standing there and waiting for 5 minutes my order was deleted I'm also tired of going to Wawa's and having to deal with all the nomads outside like do something about the trash outside that's just basically guilting your customers....Can't even walk into a Wawa to use the bathroom without feeling like you're entering into some weird biological disorder Gainesville is a disease

I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with bbq sauce and sweet peppers and an iced coffee. The coffee came out fine, but the sandwich had no sauce so it was crazy dry and it had jalapeño peppers instead of sweet peppers. Was not that pleasant.

A letter to corporate that I just wanted to share here tooNormally I wouldn’t go out of my way to do this. But I really believe this man should be recognized!!!I go to the store located at 4322 archer rd Gainesville fl. Almost every single day, multiple times a day. I live on your coffee.There is a man, I believe his name is Miguel (please forgive me if I am wrong) *was working in bev @ 8:50am on Saturday sept 16th* he goes above and beyond what he needs to do every time. And even when I order a doordash or delivery order…. I can tell when he was the one who made my drink.This morning, like many others, I ordered thru the app. I order the same every single time. 24oz iced dulce de leche latte, extra single and extra double shot. I then ask for it to be placed in a 32oz with extra ice due to the extra espresso always melting my ice. Then I personally put one of the brown hot mug cardboard things around my cup to help with collecting condensation.Most employees put wayyyyy to much caramel in it and I often have to order a double shot to compensate for the sweetness.When Miguel is working not only do I not have to order the double shot, cause the coffee is perfect…. But he automatically puts it in a larger cup, and places the cardboard thing on it himself.When I walked into wawa this morning to pick up, he had a large smile (I could tell behind his mask) and said “Goodmorning Jaymi!!!”I have never in my life received such amazing customer service at a gas station.And if he’s doing these simple things for me…. I can only imagine what a kind heart this man has!

I didn't need gas or coffee, but a bottle of very cold water was helpful and I also stopped at the pumps to clean a particularly large bug off the windshield.It's not nearly as big as a Buc-ee's but they still have a bunch of pumps here and the interior is clean. No trash in the lot. Friendly associate who could actually speak English was running the register and thanked me for my business. Did I mention that the air pump is free here?
