New store for me but no customer service employee available by phone when I'm having trouble buying groceries online with health benefits card that I use. What this experience told me? ... Walmart needs to hire customer service representative at this store. I've done in store store purchases already at this store and found floor staff
helpful & friendly but customer service counter needs at least two on duty, imo, b'c they are busy store and I firmly believe owners of Walmart chain are making enough profit to hire more staff.

Shopping in the clothing dept. 752 pm and told fitting rooms close at 8, well there's 8 more mins. Oh the person with the key is on break. SMH, do better. Guess we will shop for clothes for our upcoming family trip elsewhere.

Friendly workers and had what we were looking for since we waited till the last minute for the big gift. Couldn't find the meta 3 headset anywhere but stark Walmart told us that this one had 4 left by the time we got there they had 2 . So son will be happy.

After this deal, I decided to purchase all the seasonings on special, thinking that's what was offered. Knowing the importance of documentation, I took a picture as proof. At self-checkout, I scanned the seasonings, but they showed the regular price of $6.92 each. I waited for a self-checkout employee to verify the false advertising sign. Shirley eventually confirmed the error, stating she needed to retrieve the correct numbers from the back. I felt her tone was unnecessarily rude and exemplified poor customer service. Ultimately, I left without purchasing any seasonings. Looked them up online and still advertised wrong price this is ridiculous
