This Walmart is horrible. Between items not being charged correctly, moody employees, unstocked shelves, and lines long as ever. I've never seen such caos. It felt like a movie scene from an apocalypse. The employees are the most unhelpful waste of pay and literally half the items in the store are gone. There was no one to check anyone out and the line was the longest I've ever seen. The store was dirty and smelly. Honestly I won't come back.

Not normally a Walmart shopper. I like to think I'm reasonably polite. Every now and again I need to come to Walmart to remind myself why I hate it so. Customers and employees are both obnoxious. By the end of my "dog eat dog" shopping trip, I find I too am just not as nice.. shop online or shop elsewhere!!

Negative stars would be best. This 42nd store is the worst. Sad, because I rather go to target then here now. I don't care how much cheaper they are. Today, November 19, 2022 & 6:24p I was at this Walmart- jewelry counter. We asked every employee they said they didn't know about this department. Then I went to customer service- for them to say it's been closed all day due to no one knowing that department. I was shocked, due to I worked here for years, and it's not hard. First red flag. Second red flag is when working in fabrics, to be the customer and offer to help show someone how to cut fabric, because I worked that department. And they said they wasn't trained. Is SAD. The customer service is not CUSTOMER SERVICING. The management is being the team friends, instead of being an excellent leader. They all walk around on their phones, and get mad when you interrupt them. The fact that I was thinking about going back, I won't! This is sad!! Back then Customer service was the top main priority. No matter what! The fact that they tell you what they're not going to do, act like we are interrupting their busy day while they are on the phone, when they are suppose to be helping. When you have people at customer service desk being rude. Even when you're trying to be your nicest after being ignored, 42nd should of never been built. And the store manager should be sad that HIS/HER STORE will one day be shut down, due to them NOT ALLOWING PEOPLE TO ENJOY THEIR SHOPPING. We already do half the damn job for y'all, and then when we do need help, it's like we bothering them. Wtf. - phones is a hazard - customers are being handled like y'all don't need our service to even stay open - losing money due to them not being trained So with that being said, I will not be shopping at this store. And as long as the managers don't step up- it will be closed down. They don't even greet you anymore. PIECE OF SHIT ASS STORE. - negative 1million star store. Beware when you got here, because you will leave in a roar like I did! Haven't worked here in years- and surprised how it has turned out.

They NEVER pick up the phone, customer service is TERRIBLE, management needs to step it up!!! The shelves are messy and the staff is rude! Worst Walmart I've been to in many cities this is by far the worst. It should be 0 stars.

The food delivery or grocery delivery service sucks. Either they're late or the items you ordered don't show up, or the items are never available. To try and get someone on the phone at the store is like trying to reach the White House. No one picks up. If they do pick up, no one can help you. Walmart has now become the epitome of crappy customer service. No one cares about their job. No one wants to go the extra mile and help you and I don't know if they just hire crappy people or they don't pay their people well but it's very disappointing when you can't rely on their service especially if you use it for your eight-year-old mother This place doesn't deserve one star

Thank goodness for self check out. I can get in and out. Unfortunately, some bad apples have ruined the freedom of putting items like cosmetic, and detergent directly into your cart. Overall, I will Walmart, always get assistance when I need it.

I've ordered groceries to be delivered four times and two times I had to cancel because the order never showed up and two other times I had to wait at least three days to get my order AFTER the date it was scheduled to be delivered. I don't blame the workers but I do blame the corporate office for providing a service they know they can't fulfill.

Dear WalMart, CVS and all other stores that have self checkout -- You are almost exclusively self-checkout now. The last time I was there, it was a lady checking receipts at the exit by stopping everyone. I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, so I just skipped the exit line and left. I heard her saying "ma'am", ma'am" as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store. You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be. I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you. You want me to be a cashier with no training then that's your problem not mine. Don't audit me for a position you refuse to employ any longer.

Bad service, long lines, never any carts. Worst Walmart I've ever been to. Last time I was inside the checkout line took half an hour, many of the machines were needing employee help but they were nowhere to be found.

Long lines constantly, no assisted checkout lanes are ever open, you have to use self checkout. Employees are rude and rarely seen throughout the store. Shelves are usually not fully stocked and missing lots of stuff. Don't recommend for any reason, there's better stores in Gainesville

Worst, Worst Walmart in the country. I travel, I've lived in many many different towns and states. I've never experienced such a crap show!! StFf the damn place will ya!!! Lines into the next county!!! A dump!

I wish we could give negative star ratings. In the last decade Walmart has gone to absolutely garbage. It's a 3.5 hour wait for an oil change every time I try to get an oil change. Doesn't matter if I get here at 7am when they open on a Sunday or a Tuesday in the middle of the day or a Friday afternoon. I HATE WALMART. I believe this might be the worst run TLE I have ever been in. Management must be completely inept. I will never buy tires from you again. When these are done I will take my business to somewhere that isn't put out to do the job,

If I could give zero stars I would. This Walmart needs to understand that not everyone is capable of doing self checkout. If a cashier is available they need to do their job not turn people away to do self checkout. After hunting down numerous things, TWO cashiers turned us away from their checkout lines and insisted we use self checkout! We said hell no and left the cart full where we were and walked out when the cashier's response was to shop at Aldies! Next time I'll shop elsewhere or do pickup. How sad and disgusting!
