We have bought lots of furniture here over the years, usually La-Z-Boy recliners. They have a HUGE showroom which is great because everything is under one roof, however if you have mobility issues, definitely bring your scooter or a wheelchair and take your time. Salesman Dane was very patient as my folks tried out all the options and got the fabric swatches out so we could make sure they were happy since returns are usually not allowed. Delivery dude Scott contacted us on the promised day and even helped my folks move their old stuff out of the way which saved us a trip. Well worth the delivery fee! We will be back!

I normally don’t write great reviews but customer service was absolutely amazing! Was shown around gracefully.questions were answered. Our salesman the older bald man with glasses was absolved lovely. Would definitely recommend this place. It is a little pricey but quality is worth it . For quality that will last years. Definitely worth the investment.beautiful showrooms

This furniture store is the absolute worst option out there for individuals who are looking to furnish their homes or offices. They have already closed a store in Gainesville and will very likely be closing their remaining store very soon. This store will not even be worth attending their next "going out of business" sale. AVOID this store AT ALL COSTS! The men that work at this store believe that verbally abusing a woman and keeping her deposit is the way to conduct good business practices in the industry. They conduct themselves like ex-cons in a movie and when you ask to speak to the female owner regarding a resolution, they become even more verbally abusive. They sell furniture with broken or missing pieces and when you complain they try to bully you into submission. Sorry excuses for the male gender. They are thieves and keep your deposits. You would be better off buying your furniture at a dollar store. Poor quality furniture, poor quality management. See you in court Walker Furniture. Let's see how you bully the judge.

I needed a recliner and went to Walker Furniture thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. I went to one of the oversized recliners and sat in it and considered purchasing it. But for me it didn't feel right because of my height & weight etc.. Dane came up to me to see how he could help and he asked some questions on what I was looking for and with in less than 10 minutes he had me sitting in the most comfortable LAZBOY recliner that fit me perfect. What really impressed me was Dane's knowledge of all the recliner's they had. And when I told him I wanted sometime by myself to sit in about 4-5 of them he was not over bearing or pushy and just stayed in the area of the store where if I need more help he could be available. I bought my favorite one that day and absolutely love. I will be back to by another one when I have the room. I highly recommend asking for Dane when you need expert advice on furniture that will suit your needs.
