I would like to share to everyone using Walgreens and I am not hesitating to say that this pharmacy is your worst nightmare ….customer service is worst ….they are not a help when you needed they are the rude wt thier customer they make mistake they won’t accept instead they will put the blame on you …..I order my medication they said they are in back order …keep waiting only to find out there was no order for me …..they are not concern about the customer they are there because they needed a job …. Be aware Walgreens no way they will get any of our family and friends to get any medication from them….ATTENTION PHARMASIST SALES CUSTOMERS SERVICE …without the customers you will have no job …better serve us better and do your job specially if you are a manager

The Pharmacy is an absolute joke. You can never get anyone on the phone EVER. They all just put you on hold and never get to you. I guess y'all forget our insurance and out of pocket purchases for scripts is how you get paid.

Was a great pharmacy until recent medication shortages. I went without my prescription for a significant amount of time, 2-3 months.I tried to be understanding as I know they’re not the only ones experiencing the shortages, I only called them once a week to see if they could fill my Rx & was always polite. They were very cold/rude to me, would never answer me directly about if my Rx was available, when it may be in stock (FYI: Walgreens can & had in the past told me when a shipment that may have my medicine was expected to come), or if any other local Walgreens may have some in stock (again, they can & had checked “interstore quantity” before, AND other Walgreens can do this for me still).Frankly, they treated me like some sort of addict. Mind you, I’ve been on the same Rx, from the same Dr., for 5+ years, and had been filling the same Rx at this location for ~2 years at the time.I switched to a different Walgreens in town and I couldn’t be happier. Also, my new Walgreens has had little to no shortage issues, and filled the Rx in question almost as soon as it was sent to them.I give this Walgreens 2 stars instead of 1 because, as I said, they were perfectly decent to me until ~1 year ago. Not sure if it was due to a staff/management change or what, but the way I was treated at this Walgreens was wholly unfair & unkind.

Avoid the pharmacy at all costs they don't care if they kill their patients and the pharmacist doesn't care about letting her patients speak. You have to do their job for them while they get paid for it. While messing up your insurance as well.

Don't get a Flu shot from here. Very slow service. We showed up over 10 minutes early and proceeded to wait 30 minutes past our appointment anyways. We were the only ones in the waiting room.

Wow what a bunch of unbelievable disgusting humans making fun of patients who are waiting on meds. Laughable how they made fun of their customers. I willl not settle until they are held accountable. FYI my prescription was incorrect and they could have killed me.

Extremely unfriendly pharmacy staff. If you’re transgender and have to use Walgreens avoid this pharmacy specifically!
