The pharmacy here is absolutely terrible. God forbid you have medication that you desperately need to function, because if any problem arises they will just cancel it. And when you call it's always "call back" or they don't see it even though I can see it in the app??? Why gaslight sick people?!! I've needed my migraine injections for weeks now (Dr sent it in Sept 22) and they just kept canceling it and as SOON as I transferred it to another Walgreens they CALLED me and let me know what was going on. The 1615 location just either needs more help or more training

Store is ok. If you want a reliable pharmacy however do not go here. Waited a week for them to fill my prescription only for them to cancel it. The pharmacy workers were also completely insensitive to the situation.

I had an issue with a photo order, and the staff and manager went out if their way to help explain my mistake and help make it right. Great people in this store and worth a chance!!!

Love this store, the pharmacy was very accommodating and helpful. I was able to refill a prescription while I was visiting family. They took the time to help me get it moved there my the one near my home and refilled it the next day. Awesome store!

Wouldn't let me get my booster because insurance doesn't cover it and apparently they can't change me for it. So they don't care about client welfare.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. The disorganization they have going on in the pharmacy is impressive. I was told to sit and someone would bring my paperwork to sign for my vaccine. The employee who had me sit completely forgot about me. It wasn't until another employee asked me what I was waiting for (about 20 mins later) that we both realized I was never checked in and that employee that told me to wait actually had left. Save yourself the trouble just drive to the CVS across the street.

Placed a refill order for a topical medication online. When I went to pick it up, I was told that there was a problem with the prescription even though it had multiple refills. They said I would need to have my doctor reorder it. Even if there was a problem, why not call me? Why not email me? Why would your online database say everything was fine and give date and time of pick up only to disappoint. I made the trip for nothing. The man in the drive thru did not apologize or show any concern for the inconvenience. He did not display even the bare minimum of customer service. Even if it was the fault of the online service, the store should have apologized and been sympathetic. That would have made a difference in my perception of the business. Instead, I called my physician and requested the Rx be filled with Express Scripts.

I have been through the pharmacy line for 4 days 2 times a day and they have not filled a required prescription. They talked to the doctor in question last night, calling him at home, and making the staff work overtime to "justify" the refill and still did not fill the prescription until I spoke to the store manager. The staff is rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager, I was told that "I could just deal with x since he worked on it last night". For the last year, I have had to lie and say I need my prescriptions 2 days early to have a hope of getting them on time and when they DO fill them, I can guarantee that at least one if not more will be wrong or missing. Do yourself a favor and go to ANYWHERE else.

This Walgreens is terrible! I was given a partial fill on one of my meds, when I went to pick the rest up I was told that they had been dispensed and picked up 2 weeks passed. I waited 20 minutes for them to review the tape. When I came back. They had not looked at

It's 720pm and still waiting in Drive-through to pick up meds it's now 740pm still waiting in line and we haven't moved what is going on. Why don't they tell this guy to park and take care of the line of customers waiting to pick up their prescriptions. Had filled the prescription earlier today and I get there and the prescription is still not ready told me 45 more minutes. OK back at Walgreens it is now 858 and waiting in line again let's see how long this takes now.

I loved this location because the pharmacy was at one time a 24 hr location. No more though, the location was great for me, but the service has gone down hill. It took 8 hours for them to fill my prescription, 8 hours, unbelievable. Today had dr fax a prescription, I then called to make sure it was received, gave me a time to pick up, I go, not ready maybe in an hour. My fault for continuing to come here. Tomorrow changing pharmacies

Don't waste your time... every time there's an issue. I've had issues with this Walgreens for a while but it's location is very convenient for me... the geographic location is not worth the inconvenience of dealing with the most incompetent staff I've ever dealt with. In the past I've had a hard time having pharmacy employees figure out how to apply GoodRX app discounts to prescriptions and GOD FORBID you drop off a prescription and pick one up at the same time- brains will explode. But today was the last straw. I went in knowing that I was going to have to walk through the pharmacy employee through my needs one step at time using simple terms. We got my name changed in the system, changed my insurance, picked up my prescription (he then had to redo it with my new insurance- ok), check for any refills, and when there weren't any I dropped off paper ones. Here's where it got fun. Pharmacy tech realized that my prescription (that I've been getting for years) was over 90 days old. I informed said employee that the prescription does not expired for six months. Well, apparently this Walgreens has a "store policy" where they won't fill prescriptions after 90 days- even though they aren't expired. He asked the pharmacy manager to approve it and she refused. I asked "so I can't take this anywhere else, even another Walgreens and they'll fill it? You just won't because it's been 90 days since my prescription that I've been taking for years was written?" Yup. While I could have given a newer written prescription I told the manager that psychiatrists cost hundreds of dollars so I'd like to use ALL of the prescriptions I get from them. No understanding, no sense of problem solving or empathy just "store policies". WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE EVER.

First of all this store is always short staffed so if you like to Wait and Wait and Wait for your prescription to be filled this is the pharmacy for you! I blame this on store manager and he knows about the problem and does nothing to fix it. A lot of times we arrive at the drive-thru to find call button is conveniently not working? Also there is a particular pharmacist named Bob who is extremely rude and will alter the pharmacy rules if he decides he does not like you and feels he does not want to fill your prescriptions today and this is also the managers fault for allowing this man to work in his store! Tip... there are other Walgreens stores in Gainesville and I strongly suggest you avoid this store.

I have gotten great service in the pharmacy. The staff is extra friendly even greeting me at the door. I love walking in to their fresh new makeover. I am glad they finally put some money in it and got some wonderful help. I was in and out very quickly. This is my Walgreens of choice

This walgreens is alright enough and had what we need when me and my friend visit to fill her prescription. The store inside has poor cell signal connect so be aware price checkers. Other than that nothing out of the ordinary.
