This Place is far preferable to the big chains like Petco and Petsmart. You get a senior and military discount. They carry your stuff out for you. Really friendly and great service.

It was a bad experience. Our cat normally friendly, but is very timid and never leaves the house. They did not seem to know how to hold her and the assistant got bit. Then the cashier commented that the cat must have been treated badly in the past to be so scared. Also, the dystemper price was not as shown on the website, but I paid it anyway. We were told by the vet to go somewhere else to get the rabies shot.

After shopping the larger pet stores and finding lots of empty shelves I decided to try pet supermarket because I was in that area of town. What a great store! Great service and they were able to help me get my aquarium back in order :-) I have five dogs, two cats and an aquarium. I do a lot of shopping for my pets! They provided excellent customer service, great inventory and very organized. I will definitely keep shopping there.

I am so glad my husband and I stopped here. we fell in love with a little green cheeked conure there. We just came in for fish and lizard food. The staff is genuinely caring and concerned about there clients and animals. Dallas and I will be forever grateful for our little Mango. Thank you to Amanda, Lauren and Kate. We will be back soon to bring back the borrowed cage!!! TY.

The employees were very knowledgeable about the products that I needed, very polite and friendly had lots of patience, without neglecting the other customers (had enough staff to take care of them), because I had a lot of questions and they were all answered. Thanks team keep up the good work.

I give no stars to this store!! I purchased almost $50 in fish for 2 tanks that were each 5 gallons that I had all set up and ready for new fish. This was something fun for me & my 9 year old daughter. I was helped several visits by a wonderful gentleman named Jacob. A week after purchasing the fish one died & another shortly the same day, after that. I brought a water sample to the store with my dead fish, hoping to get some new ones. The water tested fine & there was really no explanation. I also Have another fish in that same tank that is doing well. The store "manager", Amanda shamed me for having a small tank. Insisted that something I did must have caused the fishes deaths. She nastily asked me for my receipt before she even tested the water & counted the fish I bought & challenged me that I had put 6 fish in a 5 gallon tank. I explained I had 2 separate tanks & followed all the necessary protocol that I learned from Jacob. She then scolded me for not bringing enough water to test & I said I could go home & get more but she went ahead and started the water test anyways. So, apparently there was enough water. Amanda was rude & unfriendly & Told me I need to look on the internet to learn how to take care of a smaller tank. Amanda also told me I needed to clean my 5 gallon tank once a week. She said that "5 gallon tanks are cheap but not effective". I told her I felt like she was blaming me & she didn't stop. She continued harassing me telling me about the ammonia levels & that I needed to buy a gravel vacuum & larger tank. I asked if the ammonia could have been the cause then why didn't that show up on the water sample I brought? And why wasn't the other fish affected. I also have a bottom feeder that has survived the same tank & my other 5 gallon tank with 2 fish and a bottom feeder are doing just fine. I felt like every time she said something she was accusing me & blaming me. What started out as a fun experience has turned into a dreadful one. I used to go to that store for all my pets needs but I will be looking for another place with better customer service for all my animals needs!.

A year ago I would have given A 5. Staff change, manager change! They are not knowledgeable. A young girl sold my daughter 11 fish for a new tank! You never put that many fish in at once! She also did not report that they had an ich problem with the fish and should have not sold them to me. G

They have a great variety of everything. Leashes, food etc.. Our favorites are the Birthday cookie options. We take our dog here every year on his birthday. He picks his cookie and a new toy. We stock up on other items like dental gels, toothbrushes, etc.. Great Prices too!

Awesome staff! Incredibly knowledgeable as well as helpful. I go out of my way to come here over the other chain pet supply stores. Definitely wish they didn’t sell animals

So our puppies got big really quick and we had some puppy things we never got a chance to use as a result. I went to Pet Supermarket today on 13th street and they were so helpful and patient in helping us exchange these items for things that actually fit our dogs now. I did not have my receipt and didn’t realize I had a VIP account which allowed them to find our purchase easily. I rarely make posts about businesses. I have to be really impressed and I was. Highly recommend!

small but good selection of items. staff members are courteous and prompt. sometimes the fish tanks are a little boring but not for lack of trying, they can special order fish for customers so making that extra effort goes a long way.
