I'm taking this time as I'm ignored by the only associate in the store to tell y'all to go elsewhere. Customer service is no existent. Wasn't even acknowledged when I entered nor during the 10 minutes I waited. Will not be back

I switched my phone services to Verizon and am so very happy that I did. I am saving a lot of money since the switch and am enjoying spending my extra money elsewhere. The customer service is outstanding, and when I enter the store, I am greeted with a smile, with no wait time.

Zero stars. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Entered the store an hour before close on super bowl Sunday to buy an apple watch. The heavier set white guy did dont seem very helpful at as, as not only did he refuse to bring the watch i wanted out from the back to look at, but lied and told me my account was "flagged" so he didn't have to sell me anything. Instead the sales person and his manager sat around talking about their work party that they were about to leave for and what team they were rooting for and what dishes they were bringing. So i sat down to call the support line and after calling verizon customer support and speaking with their management, it turned out that my account was NOT actually flagged, so customer support sold it to me over the phone. 5 minutes until close I step back over to the sales person to pick it up the watch i had just paid for over the phone and the sales person told me they were closed and could not help me. I reminded him that I had been in the store the entire time and that it didn't seem right to kick customers out of the store instead of helping them, and he shrugged his shoulders and said "well we're closed now so i cant help you." I have worked in customer service for many years and I have never worked somewhere that has excused customers directly at closing time. Horrible experience. I hope they have a nice party and I HOPE they work off commission because their location will not be getting my sale now or ever in the future. Save yourself the hassle of visiting this location. 0/10.
