Please train your drivers better. I'm constantly getting other people's mail in my box and I'm getting mail that was clearly delivered to other people. Also those unable to deliver slips aren't an excuse to be lazy and worthless. Walk your behind up to people's driveway if the locker is full!!

The guy at the counter was incredibly rude. We came in to do a change of address, he told us we had to do it online which is fine by us. But then he asked us some questions about where we were moving, and when we answered he got very snappy and rude because we weren’t answering his questions well enough I guess. Will definitely not be coming back and I do not recommend coming to this location if you need help or have questions. There’s no reason to be nasty to people who are being perfectly nice to you.

It's so funny I always feel so angry when my stuff isn't delivered properly but then I go in to usps in person and the staff always make my experience so much better. They're so helpful and friendly and they try to help you as best they can. I can't even be mad.

Paid to have a letter sent next day air with a money back guarantee. I took SNAIL-MAIL 4 days to deliver it. Went to get my money back 4 times and everytime I went they said they didn't have any money. What a scam!!! This place sucks!!! I hope USPS goes out of business soon! I will never use them again!!

These stars are to recognize two wonderful workers, Vern and Kieron not sure if I spelled that correctly. After trying to get an important package for over a week out of an inaccessible parcel box, these two went above and beyond to get me my package. This is after interacting with a scrawny, dirty blond at the station who was being unreasonably unhelpful for a very specific situation. USPS can be such a hassle, but these two turned a bad experience into a memorable one

Marked my package as “failed delivery attempt” when the usps worker circled my apartment parking lot and never even got out of the car. Package still hasn’t been received days later and there is no customer service

It should not be common practice to mark packages as delivered when they have not been delivered. This has happened to me three times in the past month, and one of those packages I needed urgently. It always takes an extra 3-4 days for them to locate it in the system and ACTUALLY deliver it to me. If you're experiencing delays delivering the package, PLEASE just say that. Don't lie and make us go through the entire process of submitting a missing package search request form. We're doing your work for you.

Ridiculous! Package was placed on a parcel locker but the key would not work. Put a note on the key in my mailbox AND put a note on the front of the box that the mail delivery person could not miss to tell them the key would not open the box. It’s been 2 days and I still can’t retrieve my package. Also can not get anyone to pick up the phone here to discuss this problem. So basically, they have rendered a parcel locker useless for not just me but all my neighbors and I feel like they’ve kinda stolen my package since I can’t access it due to their locks not working and their refusal to bring it to my door or give me a key that works. I don’t have another choice here??♀️

Friendly and helpful employees. Easy to get things shipped out. I'd also suggest using services like pirate ship to purchase shipping labels instead of purchasing it at retail prices. It's significantly cheaper. Prices within the post office are several dollars higher than you can get online for small packages and significantly higher and a complete rip off compared to online pricing. The only downside is you'll need access to a printer or a thermal printer for shipping labels.
