This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. The carriers can't get mail delivered to the right box. I'm getting a po on 16th they are much better to deal with.

Why is there only one person to handle a line to the door plus passport appointments when there are homeless people at every main intersection who need a job? Why does it take almost an hour to mail off one certified letter?
I stood in line for almost an hour to mail a letter and had to leave before accomplishing my goal because time was up on my lunch break. I left while there was nobody helping customers. One lady was doing passport appointments and the other lady was in the back room. Why can't the government use some of the Ukraine money to hire one of the homeless people so that we can get things moving forward? I'll tell you why. It's because the USPS is a joke.
Please note: this bad review is for the in-house customer service only and does not apply to the gentleman who goes out and delivers the mail and changes locks.

Though the staff has always been courteous, we've had terrible delivery issues. Lost mail, stolen mail, and most recently had the infamous "delivered to Agent," message even though I live in a house with no "agent" or front office staff and we received multiple pieces of mail that same day. They dont know who was on our route that day, the person on our route now is a new hire, the person handling my missing mail search is a new hire...there is no acceptability here and no help to be found.

USPS seems to be the only service I have delivery issues with they mark as delivered and I receive nothing or they don’t deliver it at all they claim they are looking into it and then I hear nothing I hate them and their services and I’m super fed up at this point waste of tax payer money this company is

This is the second time that I've had a package marked as "Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery" that was never actually delivered by USPS. When I go there to deal with this and try to locate it, they tell me that it is no longer in their possession and I'm out of luck. They are rude and somehow incapable of doing their jobs. Completely ridiculous that they have lost or stolen two packages from me and refuse to help

The mailman literally hit our locked boxes with the mail truck and destroyed them. We were told they ordered a new box and it would be installed soon. It's been 9 weeks since then. I have submitted several complaints and gotten no response. Just last week the new mail lady came out and said she was told they replaced the box. They did not. My neighbors and I have to go to this post office to pick up our mail, and the employees act like they are the ones being inconvenienced. On top of that, mail is constantly missing with no explanation as to where it could be! They are rude and have bad attitudes EVERY SINGLE TIME. This place is absolutely the worst.

Is your mail lost or stolen too. Guess what... Too bad. It's not like there's accountability here. Its not like they can load their mail trucks right next to their personal vehicles... nothing gets stolen or lost here. It's not like they can feel what's in the packages....

This office gives the USPS a horrible name. Every visit I've made, regardless if they are busy or not, the attendants have had atrocious attitudes. Why work in the service industry if your disposition is sour like spoiled milk? I highly recommend not using this location for anything.

Nice, but be prepared - there can be long lines at the post office, so you might wait up to an hour to mail something.

Horrible Stuff. I was there for mail two letters with certified receipt. I was 15 minutes on the line, then asked for the certified forms to write down and get ready. I politely asked for forms and a lady with short hair responded to me very rudely. I was more surprised when she told me that” I am not going to give you any service”. Then the other stuff called me and gave me the service. This kind of people can’t work at post office when they are very rude with customers.

The name of the person who was helping was VAL not helpful at all and the way she was talking with the atitaude.very disrespectful not happy with the service spend lot of money with overnight delivery
