I shipped a gift for Christmas in its original box then wrapped it in bubble wrap & put it in another box for shipping. Product arrived broken. Although I wrote fragile all over the box!

I have no words. I hardly received a "sorry" for my bent certificate that clearly says "DO NOT BEND" across the front. Taking my mail business elsewhere since this location cannot read OR chooses to be negligent with mail.
