Worst services ever. They never delivered my packages because they said that the address and name was wrong on the label. WELL LOOK THE PICTURE AND TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG WITH?!! I had to lose ½ day of work to come here and pickup. All you are a bunch of laze people who doest’t want to do the job. I paid extra money to get this package in two days and one week later I have to to the other side of the city to pickup a package, which one by the way looks like was through in a garbage place first.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I will never use UPS again. I've been waiting 6 days for an overnight package. Had to change the shipping address already once. Now they say they can't find the second address, when it's one of their own stores!!!!!! You call, nobody can help you, they say they will follow up with you and they never do. Poor customer service, the worst!

Desperately trying to get mislaid paper work for our dog to travel to the UK. These people were amazing!

Dirty facilities, and incompetent employees all the way around. First, they assign my tracking number to the wrong package, then “lose” my package, and the status isn’t even properly updated to the website. And I had specifically requested my package be delivered on a certain date and I did for a reason. When you can’t deliver on that date because you “lost” my package and then found it again, DO NOT DELIVER WHENEVER YOH FEEL LIKE IT! CONTACT ME FIRST! I requested a specific delivery date for a reason! Now my package has been delivered and I won’t be home for 3 days, what if somebody steals it? And you can’t call this specific location either, it’s the universal number. I used to have a lot of respect for UPS, until today. Just a horribly run company all the way around. Because of this, I will boycott UPS. I will use FedEx or it doesn’t even have to be FedEx. Use literally any other delivery company! I suggest you all do the same.

UPS failed to deliver a package. No way to call this center directly. With Fedex you can at least call and re-route your package for pickup. Meanwhile, the content of the package is getting spoiled as it is being driven round and round Gainesville. Horrible last leg service.

If I could leave less then one star I would. This is the worst delivery service on the planet. Any time I get a package shipped to me thru UPS it is havoc to try to get my package. I dread any time I see that an order is being shipped thru UPS because of this store and delivery person that refuses to deliver our packages.

Every time I have something coming from ups it arrives at the distribution center, and then gets delayed, then becomes undeliverable. My address is always correct. I receive packages from other couriers without issue. Ups has been the absolute best everywhere else I have ever lived. In Gainesville Florida, they are a joke. Nothing but problems. How is ups worse than usps?

I was very surprised how quickly I was in and back out. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and very quick to solve my issue and locate my packages.

except the pushy huper female manager helping you on the self checkout..who messes you up in your order ..the staff is great but you need to dicument what you are returnjng to amazon. anybad reviews must come from her if at Alachua.

I work out of town and had my delivery date changed to when I was home with my phone #'S and it was a signature package that I needed for work and they never contacted me just left a note on my gate that they tried to deliver and will reschedule WHY ask for my phone number if you're not going to contact me

First the marked that I moved instead if delivering me my package. Then today they said they would deliver and changed it this evening.Lastly the store can't scan qr codes for amazing returns so I had to go to another ups store today. They've caused many inconveniences.

They can't make deliveries on time and have horrible customer service. If I could rate them negatively, I would. I'm not happy with anything ups ships.I would contact customer service, but they never do anything anyway, and my local office doesn't provide a phone number.
