The worst UPS I have visited. The middle age blond hair staff is extremely lazy and rude.

Great store. Do a lot of shipping for my company here. They have regular UPS prices, you just get customer service with it which is a lot more than online options. Valerie? Is my go-to for packaging when I do need it. Very fair and anything fragile gets there safely which is my main concern. Everyone has been great when helping if I miss her. This store gets super busy so you might be waiting if you come in later. Pretty sure that's all of Gainesville tho.I don't do Amazon returns so I can't remark on that but I've seen others do it in the line ahead and it seems fine. Would return things here if I did.Thanks.

I think that I am more than qualified to write a review for this storeas I have been a client for more than 10 years. Val, the owner and manager, runs a tight ship. It is a very busy operation so you have to be patient. I have never had a problem mailing a package and/or receiving a package no matter where I am in the country.

This is the worst UPS store! The woman behind the counter needs training in customer service. This is my second experience of horrible service. You ask why I went a second time when the first was bad? Well close to my daughter's apartment but I will no longer go there prefer drive further to the other UPS store near UF. My first bad experience was having to buy a box at a ridiculous price, i thought i had qr code that didn'trequire a box. I went to the other UPS store to see if they were more reasonable with price. The girl was so sweet she gave me a box they were going to toss away! My second bad experience with Archer UPS store was yesterday where I had my box the tape came undone. She told me $ 1 for basically 6 inches of tape! I was about to walk out but my daughter did not want to drive to the other UPS store as we were tired. I told the woman the other UPS stores don't charge and she said In a rude manner well go there. So ridiculous! I know it's a business I have one myself but pls be reasonable!

My recent experience with the local UPS store left me thoroughly disappointed. Being the sole UPS option in the area, it appears the owner doesn't give much consideration to customer feedback. I entrusted them with four USPS packages—two small ones and two significantly large ones, each measuring at least 15 x 10 inches and valued at $150. Unfortunately, they managed to lose these packages, turning the process of resolving the issue into a genuine headache. It's a costly lesson: steer clear of dropping off your USPS packages at this particular UPS store. The store's staff was not only unhelpful but also remarkably rude. During my visit, the lady at the counter didn't bother making eye contact and simply brushed me off with a curt "Talk to the post office." Seeking assistance from the post office revealed their disbelief that the USPS driver only picked up two out of the four packages I had dropped off. They suggested I check with the UPS store to see if the UPS driver mistakenly took them or if the store misplaced them.Upon calling the UPS store, the employee I spoke to exhibited a dismissive attitude, claiming they couldn't do anything about the situation. I suggested they check inside the store and communicate with the UPS driver, but she flatly stated that they don't talk to UPS drivers and have no connection with them. It felt like they simply didn't care about resolving the issue. In stark contrast, when a similar situation occurred with USPS, they went above and beyond to assist. The postal master personally conducted a thorough search, sifting through numerous packages to locate my missing large packages. This starkly highlights the UPS store's significant lack of commitment to customer service.I feel they should investigate this matter like ask their daily UPS driver or the driver who picked the packages that day or check their CCTV camera, but they are displaying no interest in helping. Their indifferent attitude and lack of effort to address the problem underscore that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. For anyone considering opening a UPS store and running it on 34th, I'm ready to invest in a business that genuinely prioritizes its customers. Let's establish a UPS store that stands out for its unwavering commitment to customer care. If you're interested, please feel free to reach out.

Tried to void this UPS store. But CVS can’t accept big return items. So, I have to step by this location which is the most close one. Not out of my expectations, Charge $1 for the tape. If your prepaid label not printed out, you have to pay $3 to rent the computer. ‘Ur store really needs money’ I said, Then the lady gave me a sly smile after. Sucks experience…
